Great location, great layout for a large family. Kitchen well stocked with plates/utensils and kitchen tools. Second fridge is wonderful to have. The house is very nice. That said, it wasn't as clean as you would expect - rings around the inside of the toilets, bathrooms not well stocked with products, kitchen didn't have enough dishwasher pods or garbage bags. The gas wasn't on when we arrived, which meant no heat and no workable stovetop, so we were forced to interrupt precious family time to contact the management company and they were less than helpful and aggravating. They insisted we were not operating the stove properly and did not send a maintenance person out for two hours. When he arrived, he advised us someone had previously turned off the gas supply to the house. It was diappointing the company took so long to accept our evalluation of no gas to the house. Look elsewhere for a location managed by a more responsive management company. On the day we were to leave, they advised us through the Amazon Alexa tool that they extended our stay one day. What a ridiculous proposal.

This is a very lovely home - great space for a large family! Game room, bunk bed room and the hot tub/pool were big hits! The kitchen is well equipped! We did have internet issues which impacted email reception, television viewing and the functioning of some appliances (which were wi-fi connected). The staff were very responsive and tried to address the issue with very little success.

We had a wonderful time with our extended family at this property. The layout was great for families with small children, especially having the pool on the primary level rather than the ground level. There is a large kitchen and plenty of living space for everyone to spread out. It was a short walk to the beach and easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We would happily stay here again on a future trip.

House was beautiful, well stocked with everything you would need. I would stay at this house again and again. Pool and deck are a great place to hang out after being on beach all day. Beach is a very short walk. Maintenance was very responsive with any of our questions. Well done !!

Overall, we loved the house and would totally stay again. Great layout and super close to the beach! Our only complaints were that the rug in the living room were pretty dirty when we arrived (assuming cleaning people forgot to sweep), and one of the showers at the end of the week started to plugged up.

Home located short walk to beach, pool, BBQ, outdoor TV and sun deck perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Elevator from ground floor garage was perfect for my elderly in laws and parents. Kitchen and home furnishings were 1st rate. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and in suite bathrooms. I would rent this house again.

The property is lovely but we experienced a few hiccups during our stay. We booked for 7 days and we arrived there was no hot water in the home. I thought this would at least be checked prior to our arrival. Since it was 6 pm on a Saturday we had to wait until Sunday for a plumber to get hot water. Also, we paid for the hot tub to be heated but the water was not getting hot. They did send a service person on Monday and they were able to get the hot tub heated. Maintenance decided to retile the hot tub with a jackhammer during the day while we were on conference calls not sure why this couldn't be done when the home was empty. The smoke alarm battery died and resulted in additional noise during our conferences call.
Overall, nice home rental company needs a checklist to ensure the property is in good order before the next guests arrive.

December 2021 Stay
We rented this house to celebrate the new year and absolutely loved it. It accommodated our huge group with no problems. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.
Would definitely rent this house, or from VHHH again.
We couldn't find the linens for the pull-out. If you're planning to use the pull-out bring some linens just in case.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house has a ton of room and was super clean. I felt like I was at home. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We did have trouble with the pool/ hot tub during our stay which was very frustrating. However, they were very professional and made sure we were compensated for the issue. The only thing I would suggest to other people who use this rental is to make sure you bring your own pool/beach towels because they have none. We had to use bath towels for swimming which then you have to keep washing. Nobody wants to do several loads of laundry a day on vacation.

We had 12 adults for a yearly getaway. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will ever need, as we cooked all of our meals. Very clean home and I would definitely rent again. The beach is within walking distance.

When we were in the pool area, people were riding their biking and walking by the house. The warm hellos made you forget about what’s going on in this dark world. The house is well kept and spacious. The owner thought of every utensil, for my cooking family, in the kitchen area. We could not get the grill lit, but the chef’s kitchen allowed us to work it out. The elevator is a plus. We all were too claustrophobia to use it, anyway. There is a tv in every room. The younger crowd watched movies, the guys watched sports, and the older ladies watched old series of “Power.” When it was time to eat everybody sat at the table to enjoy in the feast. It was easy entrance into the house, but to check-out Alexa was a challenge to do so as instructed.
Overall, we had a marvelous time.

My family had such an amazing stay at this home. It was everything we expected and more. From the pool, to the spa, to the game room to the close vicinity to the beach...this was the absolute best home for my family. We had a minor issue with the pool being heated but maintenance resolved it within 30 minutes of us arriving. We were very pleased and I would encourage any family to stay here. You will not regret it!!!!

Amazing Trip
My family had such an amazing stay at this home. It was everything we expected and more. From the pool, to the spa, to the game room to the close vicinity to the beach...this was the absolute best home for my family. We had a minor issue with the pool being heated but maintenance resolved it within 30 minutes of us arriving. We were very pleased and I would encourage any family to stay here. You can’t be a brand new beach house! This house was even better than we expected. It is so well designed and decorated. The porch, pool and hot tub right off the main floor made for the ultimate in relaxation and ease of use. The Kitchen and great room where perfect for dinners in. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook with. The game room was a wonderful bonus. The location is very close to the beach which made daily walks to see the sunrise so easy. We paid the extra to heat the hot tub and it was worth every penny. We used it everyday. If you are looking for a wonderful home to stay in during COVID - this house is the ultimate family retreat!!

You can’t be a brand new beach house! This house was even better than we expected. It is so well designed and decorated. The porch, pool and hot tub right off the main floor made for the ultimate in relaxation and ease of use. The

The location is very close to the beach which made daily walks to see the sunrise so easy. We paid the extra to heat the hot tub and it was worth every penny. We used it everyday. Our family stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect. Super close to the beach, so we could walk down there each morning to watch the sunrise. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to make the entire meal without issue. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house was decorated beautifully. We had plenty of space for 13 of us to spread out and never felt cramped. The dining room table was big enough for us to all be able to enjoy a meal together. The area itself is gorgeous as well, plenty to do. Only down side was not being able to stay longer, none of us wanted to leave.

This was an awesome house the everything was spotless when we arrived customer care was great we used the grill every day kitchen was very well supplied bathrooms were well supplied
Pool was just great and the hot tub was just awesome the garage area is large enough for lots of storage plus vehicle if you want to our overall experience was nothing short of awesome our only problem was our vacation ended to fast 🙂we would recommend this house to anyone interested in a vacation to Hilton head Island 🌴 we hope to do a repeat sometime in the future
