L'espace:
Au niveau principal, vous trouverez le salon, la cuisine, le coin repas, une salle de bain complète et une chambre avec un lit queen. Ce niveau a une promenade autour du porche avec une balançoire en bois et des chaises à bascule où vous pouvez souvent entendre le ruisseau babillant à proximité. C'est un très bel endroit pour s'asseoir, se détendre et prendre l'air de la montagne.
Au niveau supérieur se trouve la chambre en mezzanine qui accueille deux lits queen et une salle de bain avec une très belle baignoire profonde.
Le niveau inférieur se compose de la buanderie, d'un coin salon qui contient toutes sortes de jeux de société, d'une table de billard et d'une salle d'arcade dans la salle de jeux, d'une salle de bain complète et d'une autre chambre avec un lit queen. Ce niveau a une véranda avec une vue boisée / saisonnière et le bain à remous.
Autres choses à noter:
Vous recevrez un approvisionnement de départ: café / thés, sucre / crémier, papier toilette, serviettes en papier, shampoing / revitalisant, détergent à lessive, détergent à vaisselle et détergent pour lave-vaisselle. Il y a une épicerie à quelques minutes si vous souhaitez acheter d'autres articles et épiceries nécessaires.
La cabine est équipée de téléviseurs intelligents, mais les clients devront apporter leurs propres mots de passe pour Netflix, Disney +, Amazon, etc.

The property was nice. Cabin itself is nice. But the selling point / amenity that we were most excited for was the Hot Tub and we were unable to use it at all during our stay. This was very disappointing as it was the main reason we chose this cabin. We completely understand that the hot tub had been emptied and sanitized and we greatly appreciated this. However, we were there for the entire weekend and it never reached over 85-87 degrees. We contacted the owners who live out of town and followed their instructions without success. Whichever owner I was communicating with via messaging was very condescending and also informed me that I could "Contact any hot tub manufacturer and they will educate me". They finally called the cabin the next evening after dinner to troubleshoot without success. Keep in mind we were to check out at 10AM the next morning. I hope that in the future the owners will realize that kindness goes a lot further than the treatment we received. I finally stopped messaging as it was getting us nowhere. The advertisement for this cabin should be more transparent. We were told that it will take "a few" hours for the hot tub to heat up. We did not realize that this would mean the entire weekend. I just wanted to give others the transparency we wish we had been given. Our group won't be choosing to stay at their property(ies) again due to this experience.

The host was very communicative and very helpful and the property was nice and comfortable. The view is not that great but, the location is good for downtown Gatlinburg. Tthe supplies were very limited. We had no extra trash bags and only one dishwasher pod. With 3 people staying 4 days, we needed more than this. The outlets in the bedrooms either didn’t work at all or worked sporadically, so any charging had to be done in bathrooms and the kitchen. The cleaning crew missed some things — the coffee pot had not been cleaned and there were grounds still in the filter. There was soap residue in the main floor shower that could easily have been cleaned off but was not. All in all, it was okay, but I have stayed in nicer places.

This cabin is everything you want and more. It’s easy to access, lots of amenities, it’s clean and comfy. We will look forward to another visit.

The cabin was everything advertised. The first thing my wife and I both noticed was the fresh smell of fall spices when we opened the door. It was not overwhelming like they were trying to cover an odor but very welcoming. The second evening there we returned from sight seeing after dark and was greeted by a black bear in the driveway. He politely walked into the woods and disappeared. The next morning I was on the deck drinking my morning coffee and heard a noise and in tree about 40 yards away were 3 little cubs playing. The kids all enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Great place a little off the beaten path and just what our family needed. Will definitely be back.

The owners were very accommodating and responded to each of my messages right away! The place was well furnished and clean. Beautiful bathrooms with plenty of towels, beds were comfy, and good amount of supplies available in the kitchen. Mama bear and her cubs were just outside the cabin minding their own business. We would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at this cabin. 20 minutes from Gatlinburg, not a huge hike up the mountain for a car. Clean and more realistic feeling of staying in the cabin. I wish there was towel racks in the main bathroom to hang, but that’s my only fluke! Definitely want to come back if I come stay in Gatlinburg again

This was an ideal place for my wife and I to bring our daughter and son-in-law and their four boys 12-5 for brief visit to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. The bedrooms on three floors, along with the living room, kitchen, and game room were perfect for us. Everyone had a good time!

2 families, a total of 6 people stayed at the property over Christmas 2022. During our stay the winter apocalypse of 2022 decided to hit the area. While the weather was a bit rough to deal with, the house and the owners were fabulous. The owners made sure to have extra firewood delivered to ensure we stayed warm with - temps outside. They were great about staying in touch and communicating with us during the storm and was available to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this property as it was very clean, and as described and pictured.

We rented this house for a weekend in Gatlinburg. It was beautifully decorated and plenty of space. My teens loved the hot tub and game room. We all enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. It was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The neighborhood is guarded and has a golf course.

The cabin was extremely clean and beds super comfortable! The driveway is pretty steep but definitely manageable as it levels out at cabin level. The cabin is in a private wooded setting. We could hear people in nearby cabins but couldn't see any of them which in my opinion is the best of both worlds. We loved the porch with the swing and rockers. We spent a lot of time out there. The cabin had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay with family!

Everything about this cabin was top-notch! The listing is perfectly described. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable! The drive was super easy and was just outside of all the downtown hustle and bustle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to stay here again in the future! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Lovely cabin with 3 floors. Plenty of steps if you want a prime bedroom. The bedroom on the main floor shares with common area. Had two bear sightings. One bear in car just after we arrived and kids forgot to close window. No damage though. Mama bear and cubs arrived later and great experience to observe for 1.5 hours. Very steep drive to parking access. No real outdoor play area if you have children.
Lovely reno job except for lighing... very dark. Overall really enjoyed the place and the beds were comfortable.

Great stay in a very spacious cabin out of the hub nub of the City. Hot tub perfect after a day of hiking snd picnicking in the Park. Kids loved the pool table and arcade. Found a recycling center on highway 321 just outside Gatlinberg, which was perfect.
As a VRBO owner myself, I have only one suggestion: put a squeegee in the showers with daily shower clean, which would make it easier for the housekeepers after a checkout.
Other than that, we had a great vacation. The pool on Birdie Lane was also great fun, We had the whole pool to ourselves.

Great time in the Smokies
Cabin was clean and in a great setting, Decorated very nicely. Games and pool table along with the hot tub were a great additional feature. Great time was had by all. Only down side was the driveway was a little intimidatingly to pull into. Parking for our 2 full size trucks and an SUV was a tight fit and the first Dip in was a little scary.

Phenomenal Cabin
My family and I rented Honey Bears and couldn't be more thrilled not only with the cabin, but the location as well. It was our 10 year anniversary and our first family vacation, we made amazing memories, and now will be a tradition every year at this cabin.

Perfect Cabin for Family of 6
This cabin was perfect for our family of 6! The inlaws slept in the master and my husband and I shared the loft which had 2 queen beds and it's own bath, and our 2 teenage kids slept in the basement where they each had their space and bathroom to share. The cabin was very nice and clean and everything you need was provided! Carol and Shelly were the perfect hosts, very quick to reply and so friendly and kind! We will definitely book with them again.

This is a beautiful cabin in a picturesque location. It was very clean, well stocked, in an excellent location and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had a group from ages 2 to 72 and there was plenty for all to do. We will definitely stay there again!
