cute room, comfy bed, nice lounge area, cleaning lady was lovely and owner guy was understanding and didn’t kick us out so fair play
our room key worked on other doors so we didn’t feel amazingly safe to sleep when others were on our floor

The location was good. The property had been fixed up quite well, and a decent sized tv to watch.
Pictures were far better than reality. Other guests were disturbing our stay. We could hear arguments, children trying our door handles, adult faeces left in loo on three occasions. bedding and headboard smelled of sweat and body odour. Was unaware what floor we would be on till we arrived and by then it was too late [top floor] One delivery driver with a very noisy engine and a lead foot passed below our window frequently till almost dawn. [this was not sandy pads fault i know, but did add to our disappointment]

The location.
The noise from other guests also shared bathroom because we didn't know when there where other people in there or not as they kept closing the door after use.

Everything about the apartment was spot on... Absolute ideal location. Clean. Comfortable. Will defo be back...
I would have awarded a 10... BUT the checkout is slightly a little to early.. 9.30am. I understand the rooms need to be ready for the next guests but check in isn't till 3pm...but this won't put us off from booking again...

Location was good, nice and central
The place felt cold and soulless. Didn’t see another human being in the whole time we were there. Shared bathroom, I appreciate that we knew in advance but I’d never book a room with a shared bathroom again, I didn’t bother having a shower as the bathroom cleanliness was poor. Sliding wardrobe doors were caked in dust! The gutter leaked and dripped onto the little roof outside our room, could hear it all night. The steps up to the front door are ridiculously slippery in the rain,

Close by the beach
We didnt like the early check out, thought was a bit early, 9.30 am, and the 9am nock on the door reminding us to be out 🤣

The apartment was very spacious modern and clean it had everything you would need (iron ,hairdryer cups towels etc )it was comfortable and warm we were all impressed the location was great and the owners were very helpful and accommodating would definitely be booking again thank you so much

The bathroom was lovely and clean. The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was very professional and polite. I would stay here again, without hesitation.
The Shower pressure was a bit too low for my liking. The door handle to the room was broken, which meant that unless locked, the door swung open. This was inconvenient when nipping over the corridor to wash hands. Pretty sure the room was advertised as with parking. This is not the case.

Perfectly fine stay. Parking was an issue but that wasn't a the values issue. Worth researching before staying.
Was noisy - there was a fight outside the address during the night.alot of night life going on around the property.
We were woken up at 9 am telling us we had to leave. We thought we had until 10am.
Didn't have time to use shower so can not comment. On facilities.
There was a t-shirt from a previous guest in the wardrobe. Not sure cleaners check everything when they go in.

it was a nice two bedroom apartment with sofa beds in the living room too. Easy to get into and felt private unlike a busy hotel etc and in a great location to the town plenty food options, places to drink, arcades etc.

Very central location, near the sea.
Interiors were dark and basic.
We had to share a bathroom which we didn't, like but it was clean.

Apartment was old, furnishings were worn. The two 'sofa beds' were terrible, extremely uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on. Evident no-one had cleaned under the main bed for a long time judging by the dust, bottles, socks and baby's bib under it. Kitchen oven was dirty and billowed black smoke when used, due to grease. No tea towels, washing up liquid provided. Bathroom shower was mouldy, walls had plaster flaking off. Expensive for what you got.

Lovely comfortable apartments, basic but everything you need. Very clean in a good central location.
The checking out time would be better if it was 10am, bit of a rush with children for 9.30am check out.

Great location. Large rooms in 2 bed apartment. Clean
No dining table to sit and eat at even though one pictured. Plenty of space for one though! Shower thermostat incredibly stiff to change so stuck on a too higher temperature.

I booked 1 apartment and 1 room I checked the apartment out there was leftover takeaway in the sitting room a really bad damp smell and I’m asthmatic which made it more of a bad experience absolutely not clean down to bedding I had to leave and book somewhere else I didn’t even check the bedroom upstairs and no staff were reachable I tried the line atleast 4 times the pictures on here are false.

expensive for what it was as stay in much better hostels,hotels,holiday camps much cheaper but nicely near the sea front so does the job

There were people coming and going after midnight which were very noisy I was woken several times when I went to use the toilet in the morning there was urine all down the right side and when I went to use the toilet it was blocked already with paper also I did not receive any codes to enter the key box befor I arrived was given a pin but this did not match what the staff have me after phoning
