Bonita Point est un petit développement à un pâté de maisons de la plage. Cette maison de ville a 960 pieds carrés à l'étage complet avec 1 chambre avec un lit king size, salle de bain complète avec une baignoire à jets et une douche séparée, ainsi qu'un espace de vie avec un canapé-lit et une cuisine entièrement équipée. L'étage dort 4. Le rez-de-chaussée d'une efficacité de 550 pieds carrés comprend un lit escamotable queen-size et un lit de repos double avec lit gigogne pour accueillir également 4 personnes. Le rez-de-chaussée a une salle de bain complète avec une douche carrelée et une kitchenette équipée avec réfrigérateur, évier et micro-ondes. L'espace de garage privé pleine grandeur est parfait pour votre automobile, motos, jouets de plage, bateau, etc. Il y a 2 autres places de parking devant la maison en rangée et plusieurs espaces autour du complexe. Il faut environ 5 minutes pour marcher jusqu'à la plage ou vous pouvez conduire jusqu'à l'accès à la plage. Venez profiter de ce grand joyau caché!

We came to PCB for a baseball tournament at Publix Sports Complex and to have a mini vacation as well. We were 10 minutes from the park. Plenty of places to eat. Beach easily within walking distance. Private pool bigger than pictures describe. We stuck the boys downstairs, adults upstairs and never heard a peep. If I had a complaint and this may be the only one, the pull out couch mattress not great, would recommend air mattress. But please know if we come back next year for tournament I WILL check to see if this place is available first. Worked perfect for our needs. It appeared that the owner was updating several things or has been updating over the past few weeks, Really nice place and Mr. Green made the stay very easy.

Very comfortable condo and in a great area. Property was well maintained and safe. Short walk to the beach. Our host David checked in periodically to see if all was well with our stay. Would definitely
return as well as recommend this property to others.

Everything was top notch and perfect for us. Definitely a good set up for a family that wants a little separation. Our Adult kids had a separate living area downstairs and gave us privacy at night.

When looking for properties I specifically looked for ones with a pool because the kids love to swim. The pool was down for repairs our entire stay so the kids were not able to utilize the pool during our family vacation...the property Mgr Dave did give us armbands for the pool at another property 2 miles down the road, but not convenient to have to stay at another property and watch the kids when all we had to do was look out over the balcony at the place we rented for the week. Overall, the property was nice and close to family fun, restaurants, etc.

Very nice place
This was one of the nicest places we've stayed, very clean and well taken care of...quiet neighborhood and still close to a lot of stuff...Dave was real easy to get ahold of and really nice, very simple check in and check out...would definitely stay again

Good Stay
I was looking for a unit closer to the ocean, but because I waited so late to book I found this condo for a great price. Because of another tenant, I was not able to utilize the bottom unit, but the top space was decorated great and updated. I had an issue with getting into the garage, but the owner was a phone call away and came and fixed it quickly. You could not walk to the beach, however unit it in great, and safe, location.

Very Well Kept Accommodations
The condo was very nice and clean. The efficiency was completely separate from the upstairs unit. This property would be perfect for couples/families that travel together but want their own spaces.

First time to Panama City
Property was perfect, super clean had everything we needed, comfy beds, lots of space, large screen TV's, everything looked brand new, entertainment for the kids right down the corner. Only 1 thing, I would suggest to make clearer is , that the beach is not technically a block away, you have to cross a major street to get to the other side of the street and then walk to the beach access, the owner once I got there did tell me that, its just not in the description, its quite a little walk with all your beach gear and kids, I don't suggest driving there, no parking close by the beach access. But other than that property is like being in your own home A+ for me,

Great stay
The house was in a great location as we do not like being in the extremely section of PCB. Everything was great about the property. My only suggestion is a few more heavier blankets and a few more towels and washcloths. Aside from that, everything was wonderful.

2020 Vacation
Beautiful rental with optimal cleanliness. The walk to the beach is longer than 5 minutes, but it wasn’t horrible. However, crossing to get to the beach is horrible.

Nice getaway
David was prompt and the place was nice. The downstairs area is where the kitchenette area is. It worked out great for my family. Upstairs was good for everyone to eat and then relax on balcony.
