The location is good and the apartment has enough rooms

It was not clearly stated that it is not managed by the Fyri hotel and that the hotel’s facilities will not available for us

The location was great and the interior was modern with high standard.

There are many things left out of the property description: - bed sheets and towels are not included. These come at an extra cost of 175 kr per person. You get this information in a text from the owner after you have booked it who requests the money via vipps or threatens to send her husband round to collect the money. - there is access to the swimming pool at an extra cost and only if you prebook very early. Also only for over 16s. Access to this (with our kids) was one of the reasons we booked the place. Also: - There is quite a strict (reasonably so) list of house rules, this refers to and inventory which is none existent. There were already some chipped glasses and bowls. - There are no instructions on how to use the fancy ventilation system. We struggled to get the bedrooms below 25-28 degC. - At the time we were there, there was building work going on outside the apartment with work starting at 7 am. We had to have the windows open. The interior is quite fancy but lacks a lot of basics: bedside tables/side lamps in the master bedroom, outdoor furniture on the terrace, toilet roll holders in the bathroom, toilet roll! Overall, we were very disappointed and think the property is massively overpriced.
