wasn't given the studio apt at lucky service apts. they gave me ordinary ac room at lucky hotel

They Lie that Card Swipe Machine is not working, I asked them to charge the machine and try after charging, they still saying that app is not there, but they don't know I'm know how to use POS Machine for Card Swipe, worst and cheap behaviour of the Receptionist Guy, Please don't suggest or recommend this to anyone

Receptionist is very rude, Even after showing the booking message she keeps saying we are full.
Didn't got the room which was booked.
Staff is not professional at all.
Locality is very bad its located in slum area, all you can see from any room is just slums.
