Never informed there was a breakfast.

Older hotel. Limited tv channels

There was no breakfast. And no coffee pot in the room.

Mattress too soft. Original hotel was overbooked and our room was cancelled at the last minute. No coffee pot in room, no breakfast provided, dog upstairs making noise all night. No curtains on window, No rack for luggage.

My room was very dirty,also the hallways we're very dirty,,bathroom smelled like weed,,,don't not stay in this hotel,,,

my reservation was lost and all the hotels in the area were booked to capacity.

The staff was super friendly, kind & courteous.

We walked into our room & there was sagging paint from a previous flood above us. It was all clearly painted over which tells me none of the drywall was ripped out and removed for possible mold issues. NOTHING was ripped out & replaced like the tape for the drywall, re textured and new paint...just new paint. There was a broken plate cover for a plug...that was minor in my opinion. There was a HUGE hole in the bathtub as well. I had to ask for a trash bag to cover the hole to prevent further damage. I did bring this all up to the staff while there. Terrance said the room should of never been rented out, yet he was the one who the front desk lady asked to go make sure everything was alright. The fridge also was leaking water from inside the fridge. All fixable issues that should of put the room out of service til fixed. Our room # was 110. I was never offered a refund or anything. The place lacks insulation as we heard furniture moving above us well past midnight both nights, cars booming their radio's outside and hall way doors slamming all night.

Rooms were dirty smelled like cigarettes, covers were dirty , bed was hard and a/c dripped on the floor in room so we didn’t use… definitely bad for a wood springs property!!!

they did t have my room available , they waned it give me a smaller room! and they said the system wasn’t working so I would have a card key for the room . I would have to be asking someone at the front desk to be opening the door for me every time I would have to go in and out of the room like a kid. that what’s the most ridicules thing I have ever heard !!

All is good

No one was on duty when I arrived to check in. I had to wait an hour til the General manager got someone to come check me in. The attendant that showed up acted like I was disturbing his peace. He wasn't friendly at all. The toilet was stopped up and I had to be moved to another room because they don't have plungers.

Location. Staff was nice.

Very no frills. Noisy guests. Tvs could be heard from multiple rooms, doors slamming, running in hallway well after midnight. Needed one night only. Better to spend a little more somewhere else. You will have more rest and a free breakfast.
