This house is beautiful and completely enhanced our Magnolia themed vacation. Everything about this property is well thought out and perfectly executed. The beds are like pillows with the soft bedding and comfy down comforters and quilts. Hands down this was without a doubt our favorite part of the whole weekend. Joanna Gaines did not decorate this home but it looks and feels like she did!

Gathered my three girls and my wife to visit Waco together. This was my birthday gift to my wife. We had a wonderful time laughing, eating, and exploring everything Magnolia. The house was perfect and really set the tone for our visit.

The property is immaculate and has absolutely everything you would need for a restful stay. We were not able to enjoy the property as much as we wanted due to our sons wedding elsewhere but our time there was wonderful.

This property is everything as described plus more. It is beautiful, comfortable, well supplied. Beds are superb, kitchen is gourmet quality. Porch is just perfect for conversation, catching up, chilling out. Attention to details that provide superior guest comfort. Not our first stay here and will return again and again and again!

Home was very beautiful, clean, and smelled nice. Muffins in the kitchen and phone chargers in the bedrooms were nice touches. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Beds were very comfortable. Our family loved it!

My husband and I rented this home for three 70 something year old women for 2 nights. We sent my mother, her BFF, and my mother in law. They loved the house and said it was beautiful!

We all loved staying in this farmhouse. We felt like we were at home and had great collocation with the property manager. Easy check in & check out! We’d stay there again!

The house is as wonderful if not better than the photos! Gorgeous decor, lovely linens, soft cozy bedding, such a relaxing happy place! Had everything we needed for a quick get away. Cannot wait to come back!!!

The property was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the modern take on the restoration of the 100 year old property which still left you feeling like you were staying in a piece of history. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property.

The 100 year old house is perfection! It has been so beautifully renovated! The beds are ridiculously comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly appointed. I could go on and on...it is a house where you think, “I can’t think of a single thing missed”. My only 2 complaints are the gate is a bit heavy and hard to move and the neighbors were noisy every night even though we stayed during the week until around 9:30 PM. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lovely porch although it was 90 plus degrees because the yard, furniture and outdoor ceiling fans made it worth it...the neighbors and their music/noise unfortunately took away from the ambience. We would highly recommend! I think it is better to know the neighborhood situation before you arrive.

We enjoyed our 4th of July weekend sitting on the beautiful porch of this super Comfortable and clean home. We had everything we needed, the kitchen is amazing, and every decoration was an inspiration for my own home!

Our second time here and it was as fabulous as the first time. There are not enough words nor space to describe the perfection of this home. Great communication, attention to detail, porch of your dreams. We will continue to find activities and reasons to gather in Waco, just so we can stay here. Love it.

This property is absolutely exceptional. Owner and manager super accommodating, helpful and prompt. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Beds are SO comfortable, kitchen well equipment, porch is a delight. Super clean and awesome attention to detail. Way more than 5 stars worthy. We will be returning.
