The house has everything a family could need on a vacation. It was comfortable and clean.

I was charged a $214 “cleaning fee” during the booking process. Once I received my booking confirmation, I also received instructions for cleaning the house before leaving. Instructions included strip all beds, gather used bedding and towels in the bathroom, empty all trash bins, ensure all dishes are cleaned and put away, and clean out the fridge. We checked in on a Monday at 4pm and we were left instructions that we needed to bring trash bins to the curb on Tuesday for pick up. The trash bins had other guest’s trash from their stay. It felt like I paid the property $214 to act as their housekeeper and property management company. The “rules” state that if you do not complete all of these tasks you will be charged additional fees.

This house was perfect. Impeccably clean and very comfortable. Big enough for 5-6 people. The house has everything you need. Highly recommended.

it was very clean with excellent facilities.

not much to dislike but to be honest we were out a lot . As new zealanders we love to make a cup of tea. Some milk and brown tea bag’s including Earl Grey tea would have been great.

No breakfast available. Location great.

It really was almost perfect. I like hooks in bedrooms and bathrooms to hang clothes or towels, could have been more of those.

Was a great location. We were within 10 miles of everything we wanted to go to.

They should have handicap bars in tub and shower.

Excellent location! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved having a grill and being so close to EVERYTHING!! Will definingly stay again.

No instructions for the TV, we were 6 technically challenged old ladies. Need 1 more seat in the living room, but we made due! A firepit would be awesome!!
