Au premier étage de cette maison impeccablement propre, vous trouverez la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon, au deuxième étage, vous trouverez deux grandes chambres, chacune avec un lit king-size confortable, un coin salon et de grands placards. Le deuxième étage a également une belle salle de bain complète et laveuse / sécheuse empilable. Profitez de superbes soirées d'été sur votre terrasse privée ou sirotez votre cocktail préféré sur le toit-terrasse partagé tout en admirant l'océan - la vue est fascinante! Passez vos journées à vous détendre sur la plage, à vous promener dans les boutiques et restaurants de Commercial Street ou à prendre une excitante observation des baleines. Le soir, détendez-vous au milieu des vignes dans les vignobles de Truro ou faites une croisière au coucher du soleil mémorable! We had a second stay at the condo and we enjoyed the visit very much.

We stayed here over our wedding weekend and it was the perfect sanctuary. Just out of town from the hustle and bustle but still walkable with ample access to pedi cabs. Never seen a cleaner property and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Lovely place but beds were uncomfortable
King size bed was put on two twin platform and would force both people sleeping together. Made it tough to sleep..
Very small kitchen but made it work. Otherwise nice setup, clean. There wasn't a private deck, but a patio. The deck was up 4 flights of stairs shared amongst everyone. The owner of the property had a small dog that would constantly bark and we could hear it constantly.

PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND NEW, COMMUNICATION WAS GOOD, NEEDS A BIT MORE TO MAKE IT COZY (LAMPS, NOT JUST BRIGHT OVERHEAD LIGHTS, MORE DISHES, SERVING BOWLS, WOULD BE NICE IF LAUNDRY DETERGENT, SOAP AND BASICS PROVIDED. YARD NICE. FAR SIDE OF EAST END. NICE A QUIET BUT A GOOD BIKE RIDE TO TOWN.

Fall weekend getaway
Cozy condo on the east side of Provincetown. Walked everywhere so we didn’t need our car once we arrived. Quiet neighborhood for sleeping. Perfect for 4 people. Beds were very comfortable!

We love the East End location of this simply appointed home, away from the hustle, bustle of downtown. The photos are accurate. We are very grateful that the manager accommodated our request for the use of free and clear cleaners and that she arranged for early check-in and check-out (one hour one each end). She also responded promptly to our request for a microwave which missing when we got here. A minor maintenance request was also taken care of in a timely manner.
The beds are very comfortable and the layout of the house is lovely. We feel compelled to report that the couch is of an unacceptable nature. It is totally worn out with large patches of missing fabric and frankly looks as if it were found on the side of the road. It really, really needs to be replaced.
In our experience properties such as this have binders which list house rules (in this case they are listed in the checkin email) and give basic instruction on how to use appliances and such. In this home it would have been very helpful to have one because we did encounter issues with running the dishwasher and also accessing the Firestick on the TV. The dishwasher is of a style that is unfamiliar to us and the TV was only providing very basic stations. We called the manager about both issues a bit after 5 pm on a Saturday. Apparently that is considered outside of normal maintenance hours because she indicated that if we considered the situation an emergency she would put in a maintenance call, otherwise we’d have to wait until the next day (we were checking out then). My husband suggested that rather than asking the guests to decide what was an emergency, the management should respond promptly and as they saw fit to such requests. The manager then said she’d send out a maintenance person which we felt was appropriate. While we were waiting my husband found a YouTube video that explained how to access the Firestick and I found the model number of the dishwasher and downloaded the operation manual which had instructions on how to turn it on. We called the manager back and let her know we were all set. We get that this season has been very stressful due to the pandemic though it would have been more pleasant not to have to go to such lengths to figure out how to use these basic amenities.
Overall we like this property and would come back. A bit of fine tuning on the customer service and a new couch will go a long way.
