A beautiful villa in a fantastic location - a short walk to the beach, and close to local shops and some lovely restaurants (Julia’s, The Shack and Marufo 1 near the Quarteira market are our favourites). The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay - our children spent hours in the pool and games room.

This is a really nice villa - it’s huge, much bigger than it looks on the pics. It has a nice pool, inflatables, good outside space with nice outdoor furniture. It pretty much has everything you need in a villa! Iberian Escapes were v helpful and flexible with us on check in/out.

We really liked it, but to be called ‘luxury’ it needs a bit of TLC. All bathrooms need updating, the dishwasher didn’t work, the main shower flooded on every use and the outdoor sun lounger cushions could do with a clean. Also it’s not a proper bbq, it’s like an outdoor hot plate. Its good value for money for Quinta do Lago though.

A beautiful spacious house in a great location to explore the Algarve. A very quiet and private space. All the rooms were well decorated with lovely comfortable furniture.

The bathrooms could be improved, a little tired looking.

We just got back from two weeks at the Villa, with our family group of 6 adults and two teenagers. The Villa is extremely well appointed, spacious, airy, sunny. Also very secure as necessary with electrically operated metal shutters. Welcome bottle of Moet and Chandon Champagne as welcome gift was really nice touch. The location is great for access to the amazing Ancao beach - about 3 minutes in the car or 6 minutes by bicycle. Also short car journey to various facilities in Quinta do Lago - golf, tennis, The Campus and any number of fantastic restaurants.

TV set up is quite complicated with two satellite control boxes and three remote controls. English language channels are quite limited. The swimming pool at this time of year is quite cold and it would cost a lot extra to heat (€250) - some of us braved it but most did not.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Kitchen utensils were of poor quality and all had to be cleaned before use. General cleanliness was poor.

Great big and spacious house, with a lovely big pool, outdoor table and bbq!

What a fabulous villa! Beautiful property, very clean and lovely touches like Elemis in the bathrooms. Plenty of home comforts and WIFI. Gorgeous pool area - we couldn’t fault this place or the rental agency.
