Perfect location! Walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. The unit was spotless and perfect for 2 people. Communication with the host was not great, did not respond to any messages.

The location was perfect for walking around all of the great spots for food and drinks. The property was exactly as advertised. Would stay here again.

This place is immaculate and in a great location to get to all of the fun. My boyfriend and I came for just a small weekend getaway and it was the perfect place. It had everything we needed and the location was in the heart of down town to get to all the great spots easily. I would highly recommend this place.

Unit was beautiful and in a perfect location. Only downside is communication with the host, they took more than 3-4 days to respond or at times didn’t respond at all. Overall great experience though.

This little gem is clean, modern, attractively furnished and in a great location. It is less than a ten minute walk to Front St. and a few minutes’ drive to Grand Traverse Commons. There is a great restaurant with a full bar and reasonable prices a block away. We also discovered a grocery store about a mile away. This small condo is fully furnished with just about everything you would need and the king size bed is very comfortable. Four adults might feel a little crowded in this space but it was perfect for the two of us. Parking was not a problem. There were spaces available every day of our stay. Our only negative: the cleaning crew used an industrial strength cleaner/disinfectant on the floors and the odor was overwhelming to the point of stinging eyes and headaches. We placed the wet mop out on the balcony for the duration of our stay which helped but the heavy odor lingered. If you are sensitive to heavily scented cleaning products, you may want to request that the cleaners use only water on the floors.

Was very clean spacious close to everything down town easy check in and out nice high ceilings and comfy furniture will definitely stay here again

The unit itself is new and clean. However, there was no personality or little things which make the apartment feel like home. No binder with instructions on tv, a/c, local sights, etc. The unit felt very corporate and without soul.

Not only was the location walkable to everything that we wanted to do in downtown Traverse City, it was amazingly clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. It was a perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!

The communication was excellent with the property owner. The location of the condo is perfect for all that we wanted to do in downtown Traverse City. Location was also perfect for our other Michigan plans.

I arrived at the property an half an hour early asking can I make an early entry for bathroom purposes but I received no reply so I waited patiently as we approached our room at the correct Check-in time I heard the vacuum cleaner and talking come to find out my rental property was NOT ready ! So I sent an email hoping someone would respond right away but no such luck and when the property manager finally did reply, I told him if the situation he gave me a whole story of how the previous renters put too many things in the washer causing the delay but I’m left wondering why isn’t there enough time in between renters for a proper cleaning seeing as though there are Covid issues!! Not only that I had to get my own towels out of the dryer because the cleaners weren’t done but I was just ready for them to go! The rental property manager was supposed to stop by but never did!

The condo was very neat and clean. It had everything we needed and was in walking distance from lots of stores and restaurants. The only negative thing I can think of is that there was not enough parking spots. We had to part down the street every night and walk.

Clean, updated, great location, would rent again. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the bathroom door doesnt shut all the way. Looks like the hinges were installed incorrectly but for 2 people it really didnt bother us.

We had 4 friends staying together here and fit well between the bedroom and pullout sofa. It was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. The first day the parking lot was full, so we paid to park in the garage next door, but after that were able to get a parking lot spot. Very easy to communicate the host, and instructions for check in and check out were clearly communicated.
