Small room, no utensils.

Nothing. They just cancelled the booking without even intimating. That to at night when we reached their place.
They are not at all business friendly. Not cordial.

The worst hotel, sorry lodge, seen in my life. Rooms are very bad and staff very arrogant. Advise for others not to book this hotel in Ernakulam

Lodge name is Pleasent but No pleasent.
The purpose of the family tour is for refreshment and forgot the bad thoughts but when we go to stay these type of hotels no piece of mind because it's family operated receiptionist are son and he is the very Arogant guy after receiving the advance amount refused to hand over the keys so long and asked to return back refused to given back.
No respect to customers. He is having voice recorder in reception area and remove their unnecessary statements.
Don't stay there it's my advice. Very far from Bus stand and railway station

The 5 Bed room was cramped up. No space to move around. No wash basin.
