We enjoyed our stay in Dunedin! The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed using the golf cart to explore the town as well!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and all of the household necessities that were provided to us. The property owners really go above and beyond to ensure the place has everything you might need and more for the perfect vacation. The golf cart was the highlight and so helpful for us to get around town!

This residence was absolutely beyond my expectations, there was everything in the residence that anyone could possibly want or require on a vacation. I travel extensively and this the best, i have never had access in the most expensive hotels that were supplied in this residence, chairs and floats for use at beach, every kitchen appliance you could possibly want.
I have no problem should anyone want to contact me with regards to this unit.
I only hope I am able to rent it again and it is not fully reserved.
I only wish my own home was as spotlessly clean as this unit.

This was a cozy home away from home with everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay provided by Stefanie. The decor was cute/beachy and it was spotlessly clean. The location was quiet and peaceful and the town of Dunedin was charming. I would love to return.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 2-year old daughter. This property had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for the beach. Great place to stay!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. We stayed in Dunedin hoping to get a feel for the town, maybe one day making it our permanent residence. The place was clean, convenient and close to everything. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for our short stay. Stephanie was so sweet offering bikes, beach accessories and towels. We will definitely stay again!

A Great place in a wonderful location within walking distance to Downtown Dunedin and the Pinellas Trail . The place had everything you would need. Example: spices, coffee, filters, foil, plastic bags, paper towels , etc. also toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We would definitely come back.

We needed a last minute place to stay and Justin, Stefanie, and Lori were incredibly accommodating. The home is the cleanest vrbo rental we’ve ever stayed in, meticulously clean. And Lori went above and beyond to accommodate our date change. Highly recommend this stay and thank you Justin, Stefanie, and Lori!

Wonderful property! No complaints at all. It felt like home. Super clean and new interior. Beds, sheets and pillows high quality. Kitchen stocked with anything you would need to cook meals. Quiet area and the use of the bikes was a bonus! We used them everyday to explore the area. Great communication. We will be booking this location again.Thanks Justin and Stefanie for a great stay!

I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Such a cozy, beachy place - very quiet neighborhood, and all the amenities you could imagine! Looked like previous guests had left behind things they couldn’t take with them, so we did the same - tissues, toilet paper, etc.
we would absolutely stay here again - the hosts were more than accommodating. Staying here made our trip so much nicer than being in a motel. Five ⭐️ all the way!!

Loved our stay here! Condo was clean, beautifully detailed and the kitchen was very well equipped. Washer and dryer allowed up to keep up with laundry and the owners provide everything we needed in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and in a very quiet neighborhood. 3 minute drive to Bon Apetit, well worth the visit. Hosts were easy to contact and were quick to answer questions. Direction in the condo were easy to understand and very useful.

This was a great place for us ended up being a few blocks from the baseball park which was our main reason for being there. The property was perfect. Very clean and accommodating exactly as the listing said! Stephanie and Justin were so nice they let us know if we needed anything to just let them know. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely rent again.

The condo was just what my husband and I needed. It was in a good location (close to my cousin’s house), very very clean and it was stocked with what you needed when you checked in. Very enjoyable stay!!!

My friend and I took a mini vacation to Clearwater and came across Stephanie and Justin’s property. It’s exactly like the pictures no photoshop or stock photos lol. They had literally everything you would need. It’s also 10 minutes within everything. Definitely will book again!

Property was neat and clean and very well stocked. Owners were very responsive. We needed 3 bikes plus helmets and locks. All were provided. Unit was wonderfully stocked. Will definitely use again when family comes to town.

Cute cottage
This is a little cottage but has everything that you can need. Two bedrooms and a living room make it very comfortable. The house is very cozy and super clean. We loved it there and we hope to come back soon!
