Nous sommes une communauté surveillée et sécurisée dans la côte sud-ouest de la Floride. Notre 2e étage 1bd / 1ba front de mer est complètement mis à jour et nouvellement meublé en date du 03/20200. Asseyez-vous sur votre balcon et regardez les bateaux entrer dans le bassin sud, accoster pour le déjeuner ou faire le plein. Vous êtes à quelques pas du restaurant Cass Cay où ils proposent des repas à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur et des spectacles. Si vous vous dirigez vers votre bateau ou louez un kayak, le magasin du navire est juste en face du parking. Si vous n'êtes pas intéressé par un séjour mensuel, le Keel Club est l'une des rares associations de condos qui permet la location à court terme. Les règles de l'association des copropriétaires stipulent qu'il est interdit de fumer et de fumer. The Condo is beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Communication with owner and check in process was easy and smooth. The deck and view of the marina is amazing and such a relaxing place to sit. I would highly recommend and I am sure we will be booking again in the future!

Great view, couldn't sleep because the blinds from the 1980s were broken & let light in. fuel truck and others were always making noise directly below unit. bathroom sink would not drain. Access through gated community was almost impossible. Directions from highway were terrible. Main gate had no signs or directions. There was no key for way to get in the locked pool. Had to leave the unit unlock. Because we could not use the digital lock to get In-N-Out. AC unit turned itself off at night. woke up sweating every night! it was automatic and could not turn the AC on manual. Barely could fit in the laundry room because the door to the laundry blocked the dryer door. Cleaning lady showed up almost 1 hr before leaving unit agreed time,came in room while we were naked. Old pizza was in oven & found in garbage can! We were gone some one accessed the room, and instead of removing the pizza, they just left it in our garbage. not a single ice maker on premises ! Only ice cube trays in freezer could not freeze enough for adequate daily use. APPALLING!

Nothing short of fantastic. Fantastic cleanliness, bed, linens, view and overall comfort. It was a pleasant bonus to have extras at your disposal like washer pods, toilet paper, trash bags, and any forgotten “oops I forgot to bring” items, etc. The condo was roomy, nicely decorated, well-equipped kitchen, great shower water pressure and cozy balcony. The sunset view from both living room & bedroom to the marina was what I looked forward to every day. The gated community was safe and beautiful well-maintained. We did not use the community pool, however traveled short distances to a different beach nearby every day. Truly a relaxing getaway and the condo was GREAT!

We loved this place! The location was next to the marina. It made it extremely convenient to grab food and a cocktail. All the food was good and everyone was very friendly. The community was gated and very safe. The unit itself was perfect and had everything you'd need. And, the view off the screened lanai was beautiful. It was a great way to start and end our day. Stores and restaurants were a 10 minute drive.

I’ve stayed in 4 other Keel Cub units in the past 2 years. I would have to rate this the best in the price range, for accommodation, cleanliness and view.
I’ve already booked my next trip the end of July!

Very nice property, as well as the entire Burnt Store Community. Nice staff at the restaurant next door, as well as the trading post. Location gave me a great location to visit several different beaches, site seeing, and meeting with friends from Ft Myers to North Port.

First off, let me say that it is in a very desirable section of Punta Gorda. Burnt Store Marina is just awesome. Nautical atmosphere, casual on-site dining (sports bar like, convenience store, just perfect. You will certainly enjoy your stay!! Everything you could ever need is supplied in the condo, right down to a bar of soap! Snacks are even provided! I’m telling you, this is a perfect place to stay and enjoy the area. We will definitely be back.
Now, the picayune part: Maybe it’s me, but I get the willies when I know people are aware of my every move. In this beautiful condo, is the Nest/Ring system. It knows when you are there, and when you are not. Several times we left the condo to see the area and what not. We set the thermostat on a reasonable (in my view anyway) 72°. When we returned after a few hours, the condo was a very balmy 78°, and needed to be reset to 72° thereby running for hours before things cooled down. Some days saw 95° here during our stay, and you definitely needed the a/c. The Ring doorbell must have a sensor or something telling the thermostat when to “sleep” and turn off because it never failed, every time we left for a while, this occurred.
This was our first time at a Vrbo. Maybe all rentals do this. Who knows. I understand the need for security and what not, but I don’t like to be trailed. Just creeps me out.
But like I said, if the above doesn’t faze you, this is a perfect choice. Immaculate clean, convenient, & beautiful. Thank you!

The unit was very clean, updated, and had a beautiful view of the harbor. The bed was super comfy. It was well stocked with towels, soap, water, dishes, etc. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. When we come back to visit our son and his family, we will absolutely stay here again! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The location was perfect for us and the view of the marina was a bonus. The unit is located in a really nice neighborhood, great for evening walks. We would stay there again.

We loved our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed in a lovely setting overlooking the marina, and we loved the coastal decor. I made breakfast every morning before going out for the day, and enjoyed dessert at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, perfect size.
Thanks for the snacks. Couch uncomfortable for sitting. Didn't realize when booking for adult guests only, so not able to have grandkids visit. Overall very nice property.

Nicely decorated property but cleanliness could have been much better. Floors were gritty and dirty, mold on the shower curtain and shower tiles, found potato chips on the floor in the bedroom, baseboards and behind dressers and nightstands very dirty, top of refrigerator was dusty, breadcrumbs from toaster on the cabinet shelf, major issues with the Nest thermostat. Unfortunately the construction that was taking place and the constant fuel tanks coming and going did hinder our stay, otherwise the second floor lanai view was beautiful.

Great Weekend Getaway!
We loved our recent stay at Burnt Store Marina. This one-bedroom marina view condo was perfect for a nice get away weekend. October was a great time to visit. The pool was never crowded, and the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is right next to the restaurant making it easy to grab a bite to eat and a drink while listening to the evening entertainment. We can't wait to return.

Including beach towels and a good assortment of snacks in the kitchen. The marina view is very relaxing. And we were just steps away from the Cass Cay restaurant which has pretty good food and music on the weekends. The only negative aspect to the condo is the sofa was not comfortable to my wife or me but that could be because it’s we missed our LaZboys from home :-). We didn’t spend much time inside as there is plenty to do in the area.
There was a problem about getting into the unit because the key pad battery died but Victor was quick to respond when we sent a message thru VRBO (or maybe when I rang the Ring Doorbell?) and there is a regular key in the lockbox on the wall so that saved the day after Victor provided that code via texting.
We will have occasion to be in the area when we close on a new house so we hope to stay in Victor’s property again when we return.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our weekend getaway at Burnt Store Marina. The condo we rented from Vickie and Victor was perfect for us. It was very clean with a great view. The Marina has a fun bar/restaurant next door with live music and Victor was a great host. There are lots of beautiful golf courses nearby. Our favorite course was Coral Oaks.
We will definitely be renting this condo again and look forward to our next getaway.
