Very spacious/ modern apartment with everything you need for a relaxed stay. It was a home from home.
I felt the floorings could have been cleaner. There was dust/dirt on both bathroom floors.

Location was good. The apartment was a bit tired and in need of some tlc.

The apartment was nice but in need of some TLC
On arrival there was a really bad smell coming from the en suite bathroom.
The ceiling in the living room needs addressed and the en suite bathroom has been patched up with paint and filler
and is quite dirty looking.

We booked this on the day we arrived. The apartment is spacious and was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The area isn't the best looking, but you are walking distance to shops, transport and all amenities. Great base for exploring Ayr.
Please get proper internal door stops! Kitchen was lovely but could really do with more cutlery, plates, glasses and pans. Also more kitchen utensils would have been nice. Netflix would have been nice and a DVD player. Overall a lovely apartment just needs a few finer touches.
