Loved the views from all the main rooms, and that it was close to a lot of good food and shopping. Quick walk to the beach and the heated pool was nice. Highly recommend.

The condo itself was very nice! However, the buildings are going through renovation on the exterior.

What a great place! Convenient to everything and the beach too. Decorated nicely, comfortable bed, just loved everything about it. Will come again!

I’ll start with the good stuff. The condo and location is wonderful. Very spacious. My favorite part of the morning was watching the sunrise from the bed in the master. The property is definitely closer to the beach than it appears and there are a number of places to eat and shop within walking distance. I walked to The Local Markey each morning for coffee. Their food was great too! When we checked in we discovered our room had not been cleaned. No clean towel, sheets, etc. Vacassa was finally able to find someone to come and clean the room but it was during dinner time. The cleaners were very respectful but it was annoying after a very long day of travel. They also couldn’t provide us with blankets so we spent the trip sleeping with only sheets and beach towels when needed. Vacassa did offer some reimbursement for the inconvenience. Which was appreciated. The property has a chair and umbrella service the comes with the property which is nice except they pack you in on the beach like sardines. Seriously the umbrella was touching the umbrellas of the people on each side of us. And you can’t bring your own. I’ve never encountered this at a rental but I guess it’s common in Destin? We sat down in the water all day so we could have some space and enjoyed every minute of of the beautiful water and white sand beach. I don’t know if the chair/umbrella rental company is directly associated with the condo, but Mandy is the rudest person I have ever encountered that works in a customer service type of position. I would recommend someone speak to her about making assumptions about someone’s ethnic background or disability status before making assumptions. And also how to speak to people in general. Finally, I was annoyed about the property description because at very, very end of the property they mentioned the constitution that was going on. Thankfully, we were not impacted at all but it would nice to start out with that in the description. We enjoyed our stay despite the small inconveniences. I don’t think that is the norm. But be aware of the construction and when the property is undergoing renovations and be prepared for being packed in on the beach.

Our family loved this condo! It was extremely spacious, very clean, nice decor, comfortable beds, enjoyable glassed-in balcony, and had a bit of an ocean view from every window. The condo has a nice washer and dryer in a large laundry pantry where you will also find 4-5 body boards for the ocean and several beach chairs. The spacious kitchen has lots of usable counter space for cooking and grocery storage. The condo comes with a two beach chairs and umbrella set up daily by beach attendants. The pool is also very clean and a nice size. This condo that is a very short walk to the beach and is highly recommended! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Booking online was super easy. Had no problems with anything. Condo was nice. One of the beds was broken but we had taken an air mattress...thank goodness. But it also had a note on it saying that is was on order to be fixed. The beach is close also which is nice. There's plenty of places to eat and shop close

Wasn't advertised as written online. The balcony has been enclosed and you cannot open the exterior sliding glass door to hear the waves like description states. I read a previous review 1 year ago that the AC does not work well in the master suite. Figured after a year it would be fixed but no. The fan is really loud needs repaired so this room is hot. We booked this condo for the extra fold out beds but one was listed as broke and they never told us ahead of time. We messaged the rental property to ask them about the sliding glass door and about the AC and fan. They never once replied to our message. Id advise to try another unit or building.

The view was wonderful. The deadbolt on our key pad kept locking up and getting stuck. The fans in the condo were loud due to barrings. Their was hair in the bathroom when we arrived. And the pool closed early even though signs said they were closing at 11.

The disappointing:We booked this home because of the privacy it offered for our family. However, things didn’t go as planned. The second bathroom had a toilet with a huge hole in the tank and was unusable our entire stay. The master bathroom which required entry by way of the master bedroom was the only toilet that was usable. This situation defeated the purpose of choosing this home. We had no internet during our visit, which hindered our ability to work as needed. There was not a deadbolt lock, only the coded lock. I personally prefer to disable the ability of someone to enter the home while we are occupying it. Another issue, while we were out of the home for breakfast one morning someone entered the home to leave a UPS package. This is another inappropriate experience during our stay.

The condo was beautifully decorated and up to date. Loved the area and beach! Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness, specifically the floors and master shower. But overall a nice experience.

I loved everything about the condo and location. A few yards to the beach. Right on the strip to all the local best restaurants. The condo was open , light and airy. The rooms where plenty big. Bathrooms great. I will book this particular condo every time I stay if I’m able. I absolutely loved everything/
