The unit was in a great central convenient location. I would say the unit was as advertised with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and other necessities. The instructions for parking, lock box, and building navigation was clear and concise.

The additional pet fee and the pet restrictions were not mentioned in the unit listing. The host sent that information AFTER full payment was made and no refunds were allowed. I was also contacted by text for an e-transfer for the pet fee. I feel this was unprofessional as all contact should be made through Booking.com. The mattress and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and the dishes had to be thoroughly cleaned before use.

Love the location and the room set up. Had every thing you need to live there very simple. I would stay again.

The parking was rough the last night there. But the space was just dirty with grime I. The corners and dirt that stick to your feet when you walk around with no shoes. Also found trash ion the floor. Used ear plugs and some silk gift wrap ribbon. Went to have coffee but the coffee pot had mold growing in it. That was nasty. I have pictures if you would like to see. When kid was on tv the Roku on YouTube the you history had some interesting sexual search history. Lucky we where able to laugh it off and make some fun references to what it said. Just a heads up in case it was worse.

Clean, quiet and cozy. Just few minutes walk from Harrison Lake. It was close to everything. Comfy beds, has everything we need in the kitchen, loved that they have Netflix and of course aircon. We enjoyed our stay and would probably come back with friends.

As we walked in the room, the room smells like a guy just a little bit. I just had to spray perfume and it was okay after that. Other than that, it was a nice place and would come back again.

can hear upstairs walking, First night stay could hear people upstairs talking and walking after 12am, had to wear ear plugs that they provided which is very thoughtful.

Comfortable. bed . Good shower, towels, handy location, balcony relaxing, air conditioner easy to control and interesting books to peruse. Has a natural" homey" feeling that we don't find in many hotels so was very comforting. Had trouble operating the TV so a "guide" would have been appreciated. We somehow turned it on but later couldn't figure out how to turn it off other than to unplug it. No phone but we can understand why not . All in all we were happy our daughter had chosen your facility for us. It was "purpose built and suits it purpose very well.

A TV operator's guide book. There is a possibility parking could be a problem, especially if tenants aren't considerate, but we didn't have our car so no problem for us. One big problem for us was not having access until 4:00 and no place to leave our luggage in the meantime. Being 87 and 83 yrs old that was a serious discomfort for us.

I love this cozy little getaway! The apartments are so clean and totally equipt with just about everything you need except for groceries of course! Shopping and dinning are only a walk away and if you need more supplies/groceries, Agassiz is like a 7 minute drive! Most definately the BEST place to stay in Harrison Hotsprings!! I will absoulutly be returning!!

The location was lovely, the room very clean and organized, and well presented.

There was a lot of noise coming from surrounding rooms, the neighbour beside us would simply close their door and the door to my room would literally flutter, and the guests upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants....the acoustics of the building generally made it hard to get a good rest. I paid an extra $100 in pet fees for the room to have my cats with me, being that it was listed as pet friendly, but there was literally nothing in the room they could have ruined, it was very minimalist. Table, chairs, beds, and a picture on the wall. I also left it very clean, as my cats are very tame, and we are respectful every where we go and absolutely nothing was damaged. The pet fees for 'extra cleaning' I think can be discouraging to decent pet owners. In my opinion, pet fees should only be applied to irresponsible pet owners, and only IF you actually have to do extra cleanup after them. I brought my own bed sheets so the beds were pristine as I left. Just something to note, as people that conscientiously try to respect the space of others.

The shower head had a great water pressure and enough hot water

Wish the lights were brighter in this place.
