The room was clean.
The staff was not good. They tried to give me a king room when I had reserved two queen beds. They said they didn’t have any clean yet, when it was 40 minutes past check-in time. No one answered the front desk phone, they let it just ring and ring for 10 minutes.

WORST. Blood stained bed cover, few-week-long bed sheet and pillow cover, dirty towel with somebody's long hairs, no hair dryer, no elevator, rude hotel staff, no breakfast that should've been included according to booking.com. Booking. com
should stop introducing this crazy-terrible hotel immediately. I've never stayed at the super-uncomfortable hotel before.

The Fairfield is new and clearly very well built. everything works well and is in great condition.
Breakfast is good, coffee available all day.
Guest Laundry on level 2. Washer $1.50 - $2 , Drier $1.50 In quarters. Tide pods available to buy at reception.
The hotel is kept really clean and tidy, everywhere smells fresh. Pool is tiny, not worth the shower. The gym on the other hand is rather comprehensive and good quality.
Walmart is about 200m away, Lowe’s, McDonalds, Koles, gas station, Great Cuts and more all writhing a mile.
excellent parking. Great Pancake place across the road for breakfast or lunch.
Someone complained the shower doors don’t stay closed. these are 2 sliding doors, swap them (slide) left to right and they stay closed.
Mattress was a bit doughy.
Texas Roadhouse (nearby) was crap.

We had breakfast elsewhere, but it looked good
The shower is very slippery and I nearly fell. You need to do something about that. Other than that, comfort was good

The general appeal was good, the bathroom mirror was beautiful
We had to get a new room key about 3 times during our stay. Between those time we were locked out while trying to carry luggage. The elevators were always busy and one of them was never working. The pool stated it was closed when we arrived and then later stated it was open, but when me and my husband got changed into our bathing suits and went down it was closed but still stated it was open. One of the days we went to have breakfast hardly anything was out to eat and it was well before the time breakfast ended. I was upset with the cost for what we got. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for cheaper and longer.

key card locked us out 5x and needed new keys. hotel was wonderful, other guests upstairs jumped up/down for hours above our room but we just turned the TV very loudly. loved being able to stream my shows.

Breakfast was good. We needed a wheel chair accessible room and weren't given one, but they corrected the problem easily with no issue or fuss. They were. Extremely helpful.
We didn't like that there was a tub instead of a walk-in shower. We didn't like that the mattress easily slid around on the frame. We didn't like that there was no maid service during our stay.

It was a newer property. The location was close to some of our spots to visit.
We booked here because there was a pool.
Booking.com didn’t show that the pool was closed. If we had known, we would have picked a different hotel. Other hotels had pools opened. Very disappointed.
The door to the bathroom would not close all the way. It was warped. Of course we were just spending one night. There were no extra sheets for the sofa bed, we had to wait for them to be brought to the room. That night the toilet wouldn’t flush. It was just toilet paper. We had to them have a plunger brought to the room.
Very disappointed.
The staff was very apologetic, but we didn’t want to hassle changing the room for just one nights stay.
