Location was great and accessible.

This was a very comfortable clean condo. It was fully supplied with all the necessary items for cooking and cleaning. It was a very relaxing environment. Very calm and quiet. We really enjoyed ourselves there.

Great location away from the main drag of Sedona. Preferred to be away from the crowds and traffic. Easy check-in and check-out process. Good amenities. Comfortable bed.

Expensive cleaning fee

Location couldn't have been better - close to plenty of shops & restaurants, but not in the thick of the heavy Sedona traffic. Nice neighborhood for an early AM walk - felt perfectly safe. All the creature comforts of home - Keurig machine, microwave, even a king-size bed. Owner always seemed available via text for a quick question or two....which was wonderful!

Small, wonky dining room table, which the owner plans to replace soon. The table was too narrow for my laptop + travel monitor - they didn't fit on table together w/o the leaves being used ...and one of the leaves wasn't functional. When the a/c runs, it's loud - hard to hear the television... in both the bedroom & living room. The swimming pool being just feet away from the unit can be both good & bad.... but overall not so good, as the pool can get really noisy.

Location was good. Plenty of room. Great views!

Kitchen could have been better equipped to do dishes.

It was a great location, south of Sedona. We did not have to deal with the traffic. There was a basket of snacks for us, and some wine and condiments left in the refrigerator. If you are going to stay for a week, you will have everything you need.

Pool water was always too cold. We could not go swimming. The $140 cleaning fee for a 3 night stay didn't seem fair. Especially when you have to clean up everything yourself before you leave. that included all bedding, dishes, etc.. You should charge a security deposit, and then not give it back if clients leave the property unsatisfactorily. Supposedly, there was a gym on site. No information about that, and nobody could tell me where it was.

The condo was in a great location for us -- easy to access hiking locations while staying out of the traffic-clogged center of Sedona. Can walk to a few restaurants and even an espresso bar, though we didn't try that. Cute pool right outside the door. Well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Tons of storage so easy to unpack everything and put the suitcase in a closet.

This was located in Oak Creek Village, excellent location. Five miles South of Sedona. Very accommodations for two people. Televisions are located in living room and bed room. This place was well furnished, kitchen stocked with dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, utensils, coffee maker, microwave oven, and good sized refrigerator . The condo was very clean and comfortable couches, bed, and pillows. The small pool was right outside of front door.

I found some small things wrong. Older people would prefer two ply toilet paper. No kleenex anywhere. Way too many pillows on the master bedroom bed. Got used to filling ice trays for ice ( no ice maker in refrigerator). Evolve needs to stress upfront to communicate with Deborah Caporosso, host. She was excellent in communication with minor issues with living room television that actually was unplugged behind item with electric fireplace. Also the code 6351 on laundry room door building A worked; the small room with fitness equipment it did'n t work. Different code setup.
