The breakfast had lots of options and there was lots of space to sit at different tables. They even let you set up birthday party stuff out in the main lobby if you want to
The pool is way overcrowded. It's very small the hot tub is quite small and it's very very echoey in that room. We had to ask for extra pillows and blankets even though we booked a room with a pull-out bed for the purpose of using it. We also had no shampoo in our bathroom. There was conditioner but no shampoo. Elevators were out of order

we liked everything about the property. the manager was there when we arrived and he greeted us as though we were family. He helped the new staff member check us in and explained everything we needed to know about the property. Excellent manager!!

The Belgium waffles were super yummy. Sausages were good. The breakfast feature certainly a huge plus.
We unfortunately stayed the same weekend as a provincials hockey team. I was trying to go to sleep at like 10:30pm as I was really tired. That didn’t work at all. People were talking loud in the hallways, running down the hallways, slamming doors. Just being so inconsiderate. I was paying more than $200 a night for that room. I expected more peacefulness.

We like that it was very organized and tidy. Also the location is wonderful, it’s not a super busy area, but also not far away from some necessities. Very comfortable stay, the room was very nice and very luxurious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
There isn’t anything that we didn’t like about our stay. The pool hours could be extended for adults to swim longer ☺️.

We booked 2 nights so we could visit our son and granddaughter. The room was very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast provided was really good!
It maybe wasn’t the best idea to put kids on the third floor since all we could hear was thumping for a good portion of the evening.

Tobe, the manager on duty, was great. He was very accomodating and friendly. The staff was great, too! The room is very spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety. Decent size pool and gym.

The rooms are comfortable and have great blackout blinds. very good continental breakfast.
The pool and its area is too small and very noisy, more so than others we have been in. Thus seemed odd for such a new and large hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel because every aspect met my expectations and some even exceeded it. The front desk staff was really wonderful. She was very helpful and professional. Check in and check out were quick as well. The room was great and also the breakfast was very good.
I just wish that the room where we stayed in was vaccumed properly because we found some pieces of food on the arm chair and the bathroom.

Breakfast was good
Room beside mine had tv on till 2 am and loud, cleaning lady was knocking on the door at 9 am already even though I had the do not disturb sign out. Check out time was 11 am so why not wait till than to see if the room needs cleaning!
