The oven wasn't heating properly, it was replaced with a new one after a few days,but meant the meals we had planned had to be thrown away. The pool and garden lights came on after midnight and stayed on until about 6am, which was a shame as we were in bed and didn't get to appreciate them.

the property was amazing! so spacious and perfect for a relaxing holiday. it was great to have a pool table and a bbq- perfect for a holiday with friends/family. with the beach and some restaurants only a 10 min walk away, it was also in a great location.

It is a fabulous house with loads of room! very close to loads of amenities like water parks, restaurants and only a short trip to Albufeira town. The pool is a great addition and it’s a short walk to the beach too! Lovely comfy bedrooms (beds) and bathrooms with loads of space! The balconies off each room, both upstairs and down, mean that you can catch the sun all day long or have some private space if you’re sharing the house with family! The house was immaculately clean and was given the ‘once over’ by the cleaners at the mid point of our stay as well to freshen up towels and sheets etc, which was very welcomed! Aircon works great for the hot summer months and the house cools really quick but we only used it a tiny bit as the house itself remains cool compared to the blazing sun outside! The internet connection is great too and can handle a dozen or more devices. A top class property and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Lovely villa, well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Will be booking again.

The beds were a little bit hard for some of us but some people didn't mind them

The villa had a lovely swimming pool what was'nt to small. The villa also had a pool table wich we enjoyed very much. Each of the sleep rooms were fine and had an own airconditioning and bathroom, which was great! The host was kind and was always available.

The villa was quite far from the strip (were we wanted to go a lot as a group of friends). It was about 15 minutes from the strip by car. Restaurants, grocerystores and the beach were nearby and about 10 minutes by foot, what still doesn't make it a bad location.

We liked the quality of the furnishings and that we could use the heating

The evenings were chilly so we stayed in , there is only comfy seating for 4 people, just one corner settee. Ideally a heated pool would be good, I would have been willing to pay a supplement

Our stay at Mar e Brisa was the saving grace of our time in Portugal. If only other hosts and companies in the region behaved in the same manner as our host. The villa is also not on a public road but within a very secure complex location and I prefer the privacy and security. The villa itself was clean, well organized , and also decorated not in the the usual ugly holiday decor of most villas in the Algarve some effort has been made by the owners. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you to José Manuel he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and if we do decide return to Portugal we will not hesitate to return to Mar e Brisa villa.
