The staff ask me to call them but didn't answer the phone.left us stranded in the wee hours in the morning and have to book another place to stay. Till the next day. Still cannot contact the staff

Understand that the host had to move us into their other unit when they found the AC is not working. Wish it'd be sooner informed, though. But pity, the new unit is nowhere near what's displayed.
