It’s accepted dogs
The weekend manager was INSANE. She was rude and was stealing money from us. We paid for the entire week, yet still got charged $129 a day. When I tried to show my bank account to her she refused. She called the cops and had us removed and wouldn’t refund the rest of our stay. This was a Sunday, we were paid up till Wednesday. We will never recommend this hotel to anyone. They provide no dog bags, so dogs just poo wherever, there was blood in the hall for a week from a dog that was in heat. Our sheets didn’t get cleaned once and our room maybe twice after saying something. My dog had an accident as he’s very young and was stressed. They didn’t give me anything to clean it with, nor cleaned it themselves. After changing us rooms, they just rented it out without the carpets being thoroughly cleaned. Gross. So we ended up eating the money for the rest of the stay on top of getting charged double. There was no way that room was worth $258 a night. The pet area is a health hazard for both pets and humans. We had such high hopes as it was a newish hotel. I did post about it in the Marysville crime and community page as Marysville is our city. Turns out lots of people have been scammed by this lady and as soon as she finds out your extended stay (we were waiting for our new house to be ready) she treated us like we were monsters. Sadly I cannot recommend this hotel based on how we were treated by the weekend manager. I still have proof we were being double charged and bank statements that prove this. When we tried to get a number for corporate no one in the hotel would give it to us. We called the Everett location and the girl that worked Sunday morning, hung up on us. We are very disappointed.

Bed is comfortable, lobby seems warm and welcoming. Lighting is good in the parking lot, I felt safe. Front desk staff were friendly.
I could hear the boys on our floor yelling in the hallways early in the morning. We could hear the couple next to our room arguing, stomping, slamming doors. Rooms are not well insulated or not very sound proof.

This location is always clean. I had asked if they could make my bath water hotter..before I knew it the maintenance man was at my door and took care of it right away ;)
I would highly recommend Disabled parking in the back closest to door. This last visit the parking was packed and the disabled parking is not very close in the front, but at least there were some.

This hotel was amazing. It was probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. All the staff that we encountered were very professional and nice. Teenagers loved the pool. Location was perfect. Close to Everett and all the local attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

They wouldn't take my chime debit, nor my chime credit, not accepting cash app either . I couldn't stay. My friend had dropped me off. She left, I ended up walking to next available Hotel.

Breakfast was standard fare. Appreciated the small on-site store to get additional items. Location was excellent, near freeway and our destination.

The entire staff was fantastic, Jesse at the front desk went above and beyond for us multiple times. Ryan was great when helping us book our next reservation. The hotel was spotless, someone was always cleaning in the common areas. We we’re traveling for a death in the family and everyone made us comfortable and at ease. We did a puzzle in the lobby and everyone participated. Jesse was quick with suggestions and well versed in the locale and what it had to offer. They collectively made what could have been an uncomfortable stay quite enjoyable.
No complaints. A hot tub would have been awesome. But the heated pool was great for a spontaneous swim.

The front staff (Jessie) was very rude. I booked my room online with booking.com and was not sure if I was to pay in US or CAD dollars. I carried both CAD and US credit cards. All she wanted to know was which credit card I was using so that she can check me in. I'm from Canada so I did not use my data and had to be connected to wifi to check my booking online. She stated that she cannot give me a wifi password until I check in. When I informed her that I need the wifi so I can access my booking confirmation she then reluctantly gave it to me. At this point I was thinking of cancelling my stay and look for other accommodation because in my head I'm thinking "why should I support your business???" The room was comfortable but there was a lot of kids making noise in the hallway. The breakfast was poorly stocked. I had to asked for eggs and it took them quite a while to make and the waffle mix was stuck and took a long time to filled. I understand that the hotel has been opened for a few years so I hope management can train their staff better with the input that they are getting from customers.

was it clean? cereal on floor by refrigerator along with something else that I couldn’t figure out.
Staff - kitchen staff was great! front counter not! she couldn’t figure out how to do military discount so I didn’t get it. Didn’t say more than 2 words to me as she was checking me in. wasn’t even sure she found my reservation for the first 10 minutes because she looking at her computer and didn’t say a word. not the friendliest greeting.

This was an all-round pleasant experience. The building is very new so all of the fittings and features were clean, well-maintained and modern. The room was large and full of all the things one needs while travelling. The bed was large and comfortable, the TV was also large. Good water pressure in the shower.
Really not much to dislike in this location. The breakfast sits somewhere between a continental and a full breakfast. Waffles, egg, sausage and various continental stuff. But would have been nicer if maybe they included bacon in the offerings.
