Microwave did not work. One of the toilets worked poorly, I had diarrhea and clogged the toilet. The diarrhea was a one time event, so we managed with the second bathroom

Location is great.

On a fri-sun trip, we only had hot water on Sunday morning. The WiFi did not work, even after I went to the office. The only network that had been popping up was “BG” and they informed me that it wasn’t the right one and I needed “BeachGate”. When that finally appeared there was no internet service. It was hour more than it worked and on our phones it never worked. Thankfully there was one bar of service with T-Mobile that enabled us to use our phones. The in room streaming only worked sporadically. For a little over $200/night you are paying purely for location. There is nothing else redeeming about the room besides it was clean.

The location of the property was great. It was a little dated. We originally got a different room, but it was such a small room. Just a queen size bed in the bathroom. No table no chairs nowhere to sit. So we had to upgrade to get a nicer spot. The bigger place was a lot better and very nice. It was a nice to have the patio. It was also double the price.

The original room I booked was super small. Very uncomfortable. There’s no way we would’ve stayed in there.

All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Getting hot water to flow in the shower took almost 5 minutes.

Renovated room, clean, convenient to beach.Shower was new and huge. Staff very helpful and friendly. Heated pool and hot tub were nice. Convenient restaurant next door.

Internet on TV was not working so firestick TV was only option. Sometimes it was noisy at night, people banging around but after about 11 pm it was pretty quiet.Some reviews online were not favorable but I had none of the issues reported on my stay. I will return often.
