Stylish, comfortable house in a great location near the beach and downtown Chatham. Owner was very communicative and super responsive during the stay! Would absolutely stay here again.

This house was just right for our mini-reunion weekend of four childhood friends. It's clean, bright, and well-appointed - a classic Cape house with modern conveniences. We spent lots of time on the large deck, which overlooks a lovely green lawn. It was an easy walk to the gorgeous beach - although I recommend driving (or a drop-off) if you are bringing chairs and coolers. The road to the beach is busy, but we found the drivers and pedestrians to be courteous and careful. We had just one question while staying there, and our host responded to my message in minutes.

Great off season getaway! Close to shops and beach. Very clean home with fenced in yard for dogs, and Jenn was readily available when we had brief difficulty checking in. Would come back for sure!

This was a wonderful spot for our family, having 2 kids aged 10 and 7, and a puppy. Plenty of room for all and a terrific fenced in back yard for the pup. Very clean accommodations. The location itself was very conveniently located, not too far from downtown Chatham, and probably one of the most unassuming aspects of the property is it’s close proximity to an amazing beach at the end of the road (10 minute stroll or a very quick car ride). Lovely place and look forward to staying there again.

The home was perfect, clean and so conscientious to the beach that I could walk there every morning. Loved the quiet at night where you could hear nature you felt like you were in the middle of a forest even though you were so close to the ocean and the Main Street. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the outdoor fire pits or the dining but it’s so nice to know it was available. Jennifer knew we were traveling with an elderly dog and asked about him frequently. So kind and made sure if we needed anything to just ask. We would definitely stay here again. The home was updated, loved the modern kitchen.

We enjoyed this house for a long weekend (Thurs-Mon) in late September. Location was great - close to Main Street, just a few minutes drive to restaurants, shops and the beach. House was immaculate - kitchen was well appointed with cookware, Keurig and utensils. Loved that we could bring our gdog - fenced in backyard was great for kids and dog alike!

This house was lovely! It is very spacious, has a great backyard and is located near our favorite beaches, ridgevale, bank street and red river. Jenn is a great host and made everything so easy.

We had a fabulous long weekend in South Chatham! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It had room to spare for my family of four and our dog. The finishes and décor were perfect for a Cape house, and the owner was very responsive to all of my inquiries. We were so impressed with the organization of the basement and the rest of the house. We were close to restaurants and to the beach, and could easily hope over to Harwichport or to Main St. Chatham.

We had a great stay at 28 Pleasant. The house was so clean and organized, the owners were very responsive, and the proximity to downtown Chatham and the bike trail was perfect. We would stay here again

Just summarizing our stay would take several pages. Suffice it to say that this was the best vacation we ever had. Fantastic location and fantastic house. We were away for 5 weeks and never thought it was time to go home.

Wonderful place thank you! You do need to rent linens at this property, I’d never heard of such a thing being from Texas. Gorgeous place!

We have seen many properties on Cape Cod over the years. This was definitely one of the most nicely decorated and well organized ones. And very clean too! A very convenient location in Chatham close to a beach in a quaint little neighborhood - and good restaurants and shopping all nearby, and main Cape Cod attractions and beaches not far away (Harwich, Brewster, National Seashore). Very nice and responsive owner. Great with dog (check for the posted limits and ask the owner any related questions before you book), as the yard is fully fenced and there are the little nice things that tell you the owners have and/or appreciate dogs. The house is not huge but it housed us four with pet very well, with beds too spare, if you want to bring more (although my personal limit would be perhaps 5, because the common areas are not huge). Since the weather turned out unusually bad, we stayed indoors more than we had intended too, and thought it was very comfortable!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! My friends and I were in town for an intimate wedding ceremony and not only was the location perfect, but Jenn made everything so easy. She could not have been more helpful, warm, and friendly! The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great week. We'd all stay here again if we're back in town!

My family of five, ages 13-70, loved Jenn's home and we fit into it perfectly. It is decorated just like I would dream to decorate my own home, and every room is comfortable. We loved the deck and spent mornings and nights there either eating, reading, or enjoying a fire. The beds were comfy and the upstairs bedrooms were especially roomy. The bathrooms were clean and bright. And we made good use of the amazing stove and ovens, as well as the grill. We used the bikes several times - the bike path is so close to the house! We made some good memories here. Thanks Jenn.

This house was perfect for us (6 adults and a small dog). The backyard was private with a nice deck for eating outside and relaxing. The location was convenient to the beach, bike path and restaurants. We had a very nice stay.

Beautifully furnished home with many amenities including bicycles and beach chairs. Easy walk or bicycle ride to 3 beaches. Every night we had a sumptuous meal on the deck and enjoyed the fire pit in the large, private back yard. Highly recommend this rental.

We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay at this beautiful Cape home. The house is very clean, well-stocked and has a great fenced in backyard with patio. It really had everything we needed and more. The location is ideal, so close to the rail trail for biking/ jogging and less than 10 minutes to Harding’s beach and the downtown shops in Chatham. Jenn, the owner, was wonderful to work with, communicative and accommodating.. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful classic Cape home. It is absolutely immaculate with a great kitchen (and everything you could ever want in a kitchen), a lovely fenced-in yard that our pup loved, a beautiful and relaxing patio, and 4 comfortable bedrooms with great beds. Jenn, the owner, was a pleasure to work with - so communicative! We were even within a long walk/quick bike ride to a small local beach! We would gladly stay here again!
