Loved the location! Easy access to multiple towns as well as trails. The tandem bike was loads of fun! We would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as advertised and very well set-up. We biked around Lake Dillon (as well as kayaking) and the location was perfect. Would happily stay there again in the future.

The property was situated very close to downtown and to the Frisco bike path. The kitchen was nice with ample cooking supplies. The bathrooms are nice with a great shower. It was especially nice to have a garage for our car and e-bikes.

We used the property during ski season. The location is central to multiple resorts and restaurants with lots of variety. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed to have all comforts of home. The pool/hot tub is more of a drive than a walk but worth it. Very clean and and nice temperature.

This condo was the PERFECT place to stay for our ski trip. Very clean and comfortable. The two standouts of the condo in my opinion was the kitchen and the water pressure in the bathroom. The kitchen was very large and well appointed. It had everything we needed to cook our meals. And nothing beat the hot shower with excellent water pressure after a long day on the slopes. Also worth mentioning the wonderful amount of storage space in the condo. Made getting unpacked and staying well organized with all our cold weather gear very easy. Will definitely be returning to this condo if available on our next trip!

Also less expensive than other options in the area. We cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The unit also had a wood burning fireplace that we used practically every night. Comfortable King Size bed, and great shower. The garage was also a nice bonus. We will book this place again If back in the area. Highly recommend!

This condo is perfect for a single or couple who are avid hikers or skiers. It’s 15 minutes or less to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain resorts. Plus, Vail and Beaver Creek are about half an hour west on I-70. Nestled near the shore of Dillon Reservoir this spacious and well-equipped condo has everything needed for your ski week. It is close to I-70 but extremely quiet at night. It is larger than most one-bedroom condos with a very wide galley kitchen and broad eat-at counter that seats four. You will find all the appliances, dishes, cookware, and silverware you need—and all high quality. The condo is located over the garage and has balconies at both ends. A balcony facing the entry side and a balcony (with gas grill) facing a small pond within the complex. There is a wood burning fireplace with a small supply of firewood, satellite cable TVs in living room and master bedroom, and comfortable furniture. The king size bed in the master is excellent for sleeping and there is a walk-in closet with plenty of hanger space and extra blankets and pillows. The clock radio will play and recharge your old iPod. The master bath suite is perfect with private shower, tub, and water closet. The separate half bath is a plus. I liked that the unit has full sized washer and dryer in the unit. You will not find this at many slope side condos. I like skiing more than one resort during a week and being able to do laundry without going out of the condo is great. I skied in early December and while it was mostly manmade snow, skiing at four areas made it a fun week. Also, there are three ski shops within 1,000 feet walking distance along with a Walmart grocery, wine shop, and other stores. I waited to post comments about this condo because I was reluctant to let the word to get out that this is an excellent place to stay. I hope it’s available next time I go to Frisco. The arrival instructions are completely idiot proof and the property manager quickly responds to emails and texts with clear and useful information. This condo is a bargain for what you get, and you will enjoy every minute.

My son and I came up to Frisco to visit friends and have a mom-son weekend, and this place was perfect for the two of us. It would be great for a couple, as well. It was everything we needed at a price that was a relative bargain. The pool was great, and we had it mostly to ourselves. Do know that the stairs to get in are quite steep, so maybe not appropriate for those who would have a hard time carrying luggage up and down. Thank you!

The condo is nice but best for 2 people. Shower door didn’t slide, people upstairs so you can hear stuff above you, garage door opener is loud below the bedroom, it’s a shared garage and didn’t see it noted in rental description. We thought we had our own garage to securely put our stuff. On second floor. Not giving a bad review because it’s a nice place just making aware of these things.

The unit was as pictured on the website. It was relatively clean and neat. The full size washer and dryer was a bonus. Everything you need is in the unit. No ice maker in the freezer although ice trays were provided. I’m not sure when the last time the owner was here to inspect the property but there are things that could be done to improve the unit. Need to get rid of artificial plants. They’re covered in dust. Should update stained/picked pillows on sofa. Requires a deep cleaning to get rid of dust on things that aren’t used frequently. Coffee cups are stained on the inside. Melted candles on fireplace mantle could be removed/replaced. Lighting could be improved especially in the bedroom/bathroom. Just adding a bulb would be a big improvement. Curtains in bedroom could be updated so they fit properly. Ceiling fan caked in dust. Vertical blinds in living room are missing slats. These are all inexpensive updates to make your guests feel more comfortable. All electronics and coffee pot could be updated although they work fine.

My boyfriend and I have been traveling for 4 months around the United States, and we loved it so much here we hope to move to the area someday - seriously!! Hopefully we will be able to afford it in the future... The Frisco/Silver/Dillon area is one of a kind, and Breck is right around the corner as well. I cant begin to tell you how at home we felt here in the condo and in the town. After being in the woods for a long time and other airbnbs, I can say with 100% certainty we will be back. Thank you for making these 2 wanderers feel so comfortable and at peace. I cried when we had to leave this morning! We fed the ducks and fish in the pond out back every day and it was a highlight of our stay. Thank you again for everything - it meant so much.
