Well appointed, oceanfront rental in a good location. Coffee maker w/pods and some basic kitchen supplies a plus. Would definitely stay again but ask for better weather!!

Designated parking spot is practically at the front door, very convenient.
You can't actually see the beach from the condo, but there's no reason you can't get off your butt and take the short walk to do a surf check.
There is a world class liquor store right across the street.
Ideal mid-town location.
Weather was perfect, water temp around 75 degrees.
If I live long enough I'll be back next season...

The property was nice and the owners were very nice to work with. Pros: we were able to check in early bc there were no renters the day before us, the condo came with paper supplies, soaps, and coffee pods and keurig (but we needed to clean it before use). There were beach chairs and umbrellas available for us to use (although we brought our own), Linens and towels included (but with an added fee), close to beach and restaurants, nicely decorated and updated, 2 new pans to cook with, phone charging outlets/shelf, overall pretty clean and comfortable. Cons: we didn't use our balcony because the view is the dunes and very hot (no breeze), AC units are loud and don't keep a constant temp (we were too hot at night), beds were not made (not a biggie, just surprised), there were some crumpled papers, empty water bottles, etc. under the beds and some crumbs and dust on a ledge from the last renters, no dish cloths/towels for kitchen.

We had a great stay at this condo! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect - close to many restaurants and a short drive to the boardwalk. We loved being right on the beach, too. I had a few questions before we arrived, and Alan always responded promptly. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in OCMD.

This condo was very clean and well kept. Extremely relaxing stay and great location. The condo had everything you need for a beach trip including chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was everything my kids and I were looking for! The host was so communicative and helpful. The condo is beautifully decorated, steps from the beach and has all the little details that matter most. Our stay was short but so sweet. I’m hopeful we’ll be able to return for a longer stay next year.

Stayed 1 week with two toddler boys, was perfect for our beach vacation! Steps away from the beach, no driving required. Walking distance to Dumsers, seacrets, etc. 5 min drive to inlet. Very clean, and the hosts were very responsive with pre reservation check ins and provided a check out reminder list. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to be away from all the frenzy that is near the boardwalk. It was quiet, the beach was spacious and rather private at this time of year. Check in was easy and the owners were responsive and kind. My sisters and I lost our mom last month, so this was a perfect, peaceful getaway.

Glad the kids brought sleeping bags. It helped with comfortable sleeping. Kitchen was well equipped for breakfast. The walk to the beach was quick and the location was good for going wherever we wanted. Thanks for the much need break!

This place was awesome. It's the cleanest place I've ever stayed and very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. It sleeps 6 but comfort wise I think having 4 would be better. We definitely would book again.

This condo has everything - just steps from the ocean on a quiet street and super close to many restaurants and attractions. It was immaculately clean and very well appointed.
Alan and Susan were excellent hosts - very responsive and accommodating.

This was a wonderful place to stay. There was 6 of us and it was just So accommodating with all the amenities and even extras that most places don’t have such as beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards. Fresh clean sheets that smelled amazing. So close to the beach and perfect for a family with littles. Loved the parking so close for all the lugging. Will absolutely rent from them again.

This is a bright cheerful beach retreat where the owners have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. Everything works and is conveniently located. The beds are clean and comfortable and the view of the ocean dunes and sky is relaxing and peaceful. The beach is only steps away from the condo through a convenient dune path. Everything is provided to make this a worry free fun stay. Thanks!!

My girlfriends and I have been renting this property for I believe the last 3-4 years for our annual girls trip. Alan is supper easy to work with. Always responsive and accommodating. The location is fantastic! The property works wonderful for us. We will continue to come back.

What a nice place to stay! The location was great, access to the beach was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable! Loved the bathrooms and back patio! I would go back here for sure, my children had a blast!

Literally on the beach. Beautiful decor. Comfortable beds. Everything new. Spotless. Owner has everything you could need or want for your visit. Even beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys on balcony. Parking spot right outside condo. Dumsers in walking distance. Community pool for a fee walking distance. We go to OC every year for probably over 20 yrs. Rent a different condo every year. This one is the best we’ve ever rented. The only thing I would add is a full size iron and ironing board. Mini ones provided, was difficult to iron but wasn’t impossible. Loved it! Hope to get it next summer.

I absolutely loved my week here. It is everything the owner describes and more. Very serene and relaxing but within minutes of resturants and entertainment. Will absolutely be back.

The condo is so well stocked with cooking supplies, extra sheets, towels, blankets, beach gear, etc which really makes you feel at home while on vacation. Charming, Clean, and Comfortable
Staying here was a real pleasure. The unit was impeccably clean and decorated with so many personal touches. ALL of the appliances worked flawlessly and appeared like new. The furnishings were great and made this a very special place to relax in. The owner was very easy to contact and made every effort to ensure our stay was easy and worry free. I personally liked the keypad door lock -- no constantly searching for keys! Overall, a great experience.

This was my first ever VRBO/Airb type renting experience, and Alan made it a wonderful one. The condo itself was wonderful. There were 3 adults, and we had enough space, I couldn't imagine having more than 4 adults in this condo though. Everything you need was there, from dish soap, some starter toilet paper, tide pods, etc. All beach equipment was available to use (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys). The only 2 things we ended up needing to get was a can opener and crab cracker. We left the crab cracker for future guests. Having a washer/dryer unit was AMAZING as well. All communication with Alan was quick and helpful. He made the experience easy and smooth. 10/10 would stay again. Side note, being on the first floor, the view is of the dunes, not the ocean. That was obvious from the rental listing and photos, and was no suprise to us when we arrived.

Excellent family getaway and for couples!
The property owners were spot on with the presentation, cleanliness, and functionality of this beach front condo. We were able to have a seafood fest and then some, and the beds were comfortable, pull out sofa was tolerable, the bathrooms were very clean and up to date. Cabinet lighting in the kitchen adds positive energy and makes for a good vibe. I would recommend to any family for beach location and price. Thanks Alan!
