This was a family trip that was enhanced by the quality and cleanliness of this property. The condo is situated in a tourist-friendly area, with many restaurants and other stores within walking distance. The San Juan Police were a constant presence, however never did we feel unsafe. The property sits right at the edge of the ocean, making for a wonderful beach trip. The host was A+, keeping in contact with us before, during, and after our visit. Highly recommended.

My 17 year old daughter and I had a great stay in Isla Verde. The location is well appointed and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping stores, pharmacies, etc directly out front. We took cheap ubers to OSJ and Pinones and thoroughly enjoyed the beach. We would highly recommend renting from Rios.

Location is perfect! It has a beautiful beach and pool! Within walking distance to restaurants, drugstores, souvenirs stores, and short drive to grocery stores. A few minutes from the airport and Piñones. Eady access to Condado and Old San Juan. The condo itself has all the amenities and is spacious. Spent hours sitting in the balcony watching people and planes landing at the airport. Security is also very good at the property. Would definitely come back on our next visit to Puerto Rico.

The condo and the property amenities were great, we loved the pool and property entrance to the beach. The street can get loud and disruptive, but other than that our stay was good. Property manager was easy to get in contact with and was very nice.

Excellent location with large pool and beach access. Walking distance to anything you need. Clean apartment with plenty of room for a couple. The building has a friendly staff. The room is on the main strip so expect a little more noise on the weekends. Excellent communication with host. Overall a great experience.

Rafael place hands down the best placed we have stayed out. Very thoughtful had some basic toiletries and very clean. Checked on us during our stay and gave great recommendations on places to see and eat. Would stay here again.

Super excellent experience with a Super Host for this apartment in Isla Verde. Super Clean, Comfortable and Spacious, Great View, Remodeled, with everything you need for your unique Vacation in Puerto Rico. The Beach is one of the best and the pool is fantastic. We had an incredible time staying at Rios’ apartment! Rios home was very clean and the amenities provided were exactly what we needed and as described. We spent most of our nights on the balcony people watching and enjoying the planes landing in San Juan airport. We had one minor issue which was fixed rapidly and Rios was on the job immediately. 10/10 communication and would recommend for your next stay in Puerto Rico! Thanks RIOS!!!

Can’t say enough nice things about this place
Location was perfect, beach was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas available for $15.00. Food/ drink vendors came by. Jet ski rental available on the right. Places to eat CVS and Walgreens right across the street We used Uber and rates were reasonable from this location
The Condo was just what we needed. Very easy access to condo Plenty room for the 4 of us. Plenty towels and linen. Comfortable king bed and the couch folded down to a full bed, again very comfortable
The balcony was the best, we loved people watching, Cozy hanging chair on one side with small table and 2 chairs. Perfect
The condo has beach towels, couple of chairs and an ice chest which was great. Washer and dryer was handy.
We a a small issue that Rafael took care of right away. He was extremely attentive to our needs

It was a great experience. The villa was just like the pictures, perfect! The manager was very accommodating and helpful too. The pool was very nice but needed more lounge chairs. There were some in a corner that were broken and need repair. It was easy access to the beach and it felt secure. The other guests were all very friendly.

We are travelers and always use VRBO wherever we go. This was by far our best communication experience we've had anywhere, hands down. He checked in a couple days before, day of, during, and after to make sure we were satisfied. Condo was just as described, clean and fully stocked with essentials...walgreens across the street if anything was forgotten and not stocked. Location had so many 24 hour options for good food and drinks all within walking distance. You can easily stay here with no need to rent a car. The beach is steps behind the building, right past the huge clean pool! Dont hesitate on this rental, we will certainly be back!! Thank you for your hospitality and your beautiful condo!

This was an amazing place to stay. The location to restaurants and stores was perfect, and so was the beach location. The host was a great communicator and answered all of our questions timely and effectively. The only thing I would say is that the cupboards were not super stocked as they show in the pictures. We stocked a couple of items while we were there, but we didn't mind supplying them for the next people! Just something to keep in mind. Overall amazing experience at this property!

Rios is a very nice guy, communication with him with quick and great. The apartment was liked pictured. Excellent location, the street itself have many bars, stores, and restaurants within walking distance. Beach right behind the apartment, you have private entrance. The pool is huge and nice. There'sa playground basketball court, out door restroom and showers.. It has central air which was amazing. Washer and dryer which was very convenient. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances if you needed to cook. Balcony looks on to many street. Nice king size bed, extra bedding and many towels. extras.. Once we got there the communication was great. Got a text or call back within minutes when we had a question. The apt. is comfortable and pretty spacious for a one bedroom. Will definitely go back.

The host was wonderful and answered any questions I had promptly. The place was very clean and the king bed was wonderful! Very close to the beach, has a cooler and chairs. We also were able to store our luggage which was great so we could use our day on our last day.

Beautiful, updated condo. Walking distance to so many restaurants and stores. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The beach is basically in your backyard! This was our first trip to Puerto Rico but already, we can't wait to go back! Communication with host was unbelievable! We definitely will be back! We have so many amazing memories and am very happy to say that this condo did not leave us disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location and value
The apt was on Isla Verde row. A central location for anything you want to do in Puerto Rico. The complex had a great pool, basketball courts and private beach entrance. The apt was clean with great A/C, wifi, modern appliances and seemed to be recently remodeled. We had family visit one day and spend the day at the beach, they were all impressed with the apt and it's value.
