I had left the bathroom door open the first day and night. On the second day, I closed it from the bedroom side, and it locked. This was completely a mechanical problem, and nothing I did. I reported it the next morning to management, and they sent someone out late that afternoon. I was told there was a button under the handle. Yes, but on the inside of the bathroom. I had no way to get into the bathroom for a full night and the next morning! When I asked for a refund for just the one day, I was told I would not get one as this had not happened before, which to me implied it was my fault. Other things were minor. No glasses for water or wine, just mugs. Sugar still in the box, down to the bottom, with clumps in it. No drinking water except from the bathroom sink..a bottle of water for guests would be thoughtful. And some difficulty getting in. Some more detailed directions on that would be helpful. On the plus side, the place is beautiful and was very clean. But I had a very bad experience staying there, and would warn people to think twice about renting it.

The property was very clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay! I just wish that there was a light near the door of the rental. I had trouble keying in the passcode in the dark and had to buy a flashlight.

Beautiful area. The unit was so dusty. We took the blankets to get washed in order to sleep. Manger offered to clean BUT who wants workers in the unit once you moved in. The cleaning fee should be refunded

Nice location and very quiet. The review would have been a 5 except there were a few very fixable things that were not great such as the pillows and bedding (a duvet with a washable cover would have been much nicer and more sanitary) and the water pressure varied a lot.

Soooo quiet, very comfy bed and unit. Clean well maintained. Could use a little kitchen sink. Pleasant walk to river. Hope to stay again.

Enjoyed to location, the quietness, and the property. Very easy to get from this location to all our family gatherings. Slept very well and enjoyed morning coffee on the deck each morning. Made use of the near-by trails a couple times. There were couple of small maintenance issues I would advocate doing before your next guests: 1.) Shower door handle needs to tightened with phillips screwdriver, 2.) Stool has very slow leak which makes it run periodically. Just needs to new flushing valve in the tank to fix (5 minute fix), 3.) Lights are not functional going down the stairs to access the outside door (probably just replacement light bulbs). These issues are minor maintenance and did not detract from our stay.

Very clean, quiet and in a beautiful location. Upscale neighborhood and great hiking trails to the river.
