12 adults and 2 little kids and 2 dogs had plenty of room here. We didn't find sheets for a couple of the roll-out beds, but there were plenty of towels and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, implements, serving dishes, spices, saran wrap, and so on.

Surprised there was no bath soap or shampoo provided?
Never ran into this before. The main sliding door to the patio nearly unusable without heavy muscle applied. Track is either warped or bent. NO BBQ. Had I learned that printed in the description, which it was but I missed it, I would not have rented. Bed on main floor uncomfortable. Seagull crap all over windows, deck and wind panels. A number of plastic chairs on deck coming apart. Fire place in South front bedroom did not work. Otherwise, the eleven of us and one dog enjoyed our stay. The above negative items are provided to help improve this rental. Constructive criticism.

The rooms were great with plenty of sleeping space for our family. Tons of dining room space for meals and of course game nights. Kitchen space was adequate but the topper was the view of the ocean! The upstairs balcony provided an awesome view for that morning coffee and evening nightcap. Had fun in the hot tub and had space for the doggos. Location was great as it was 15-20 minutes from dining in many spots in Lincoln City. Would recommend checking out the food truck court Pine’s Dines.

Great house for kids. They have a pack-n-play and high chair, lots of seating at tables friendly for kids and for adults. Sand toys were included. Lots of board games and a delightfully old-school video game arcade. Stayed here with 5 adults and 10 children. Wonderful vacation.

The house has so much room and amazing views! We had 10 adults and there was no issues with seating or having enough room. The kitchen is a little tight when multiple people are in there moving around but it was very well equipped and had plenty of cabinets and counter space.
We enjoyed the house so much weve already booked pur return trip!

We had a large group of family and friends stay for the weekend. Great place, beautiful views from several locations in the house. Bedrooms galore, very clean, and everything you need for your stay. I was grateful for the travel size shampoo and soap as I forgot to pack some. Oh and the game room is great fun for all ages! Would definitely recommend and would enjoy staying again.

Our family vacation at this house was perfect for our group. We all had enough space to not be on top of each other and had space for kids to play. Very well stocked home, the only thing we ran out of was paper towels. We loved our stay and views!

This is been a great place for our family together. Three generations enjoy the hot tub. The game room is always a hit with the kids. It’s been a favorite for the past few years.

Garbage cans were full (2)owner argued that there is 3 cans .hung up on me..no sign on bedroom for there is steps to bedroom,so my husband went to bed before me an when I went to bed I didn't turn on any lights an forgot bought steps an went falling..my daughters father in law did the same except there was a wall near his entry so he hit that an didn't fall.but he hit that wall hard..kitchen was very small.good for 1 person. We had to put towels bedding in laundry room even tho we paid for cleaning service etc...

Love this place for bigger group, but this time the hot tub was green, a fireplace didn't work, and the dishwasher was broken. It would have been nice to know that or a discount. Manager was responsive and hot tub guy came out but it never cleared up. Disappointing we couldn't use it.

The location is great! Looking right out at the ocean and just a few minutes walk to the beach access. The layout of the house worked well for our group of 8. There were only two negatives. The furniture was a little grubby in the main living area and the dishwasher was broken upon arrival. It was a hassle since we made and ate Thanksgiving dinner there. The property contact came to look at it on our third day there but was unable to fix it. We spent a lot of time doing dishes and unfortunately the kitchen sink looks out over the parking area and not at the ocean. Overall a great property. Thanks for the memories.

The Road's End beach house is the best yet!
Besides the amazing view, the nearness to Safeway and restaurants, and the quiet neighborhood overlooking the ever-changing ocean where the seals came to play, the layout of the house was perfect for us. The generously-sized
bedrooms allowed each of us to escape and write when we needed to be working; the gathering places in the living and dining areas provided plenty of space to hang out in small groups or all together.
The galley kitchen made for close-order cooking, but was stocked with nearly every possible pot, pan, and casserole dish -- though the oven was missing a broiling pan. We loved the convenience of two refrigerators and plenty of other small appliances.
Roads End was immaculate, perfectly decorated with beachy charm, and sooooo easy to live in that we booked again for 2023 the day before we checked-out!

This lovely home was perfect for our group - 12 women friends visiting the coast for 5 days! Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen, although a bit small, was well-stocked and even had two refrigerators! The ocean views were wonderful and we loved the hot tub and 3 fireplaces! We were very impressed with the owners and their housekeeper and their quick response to an issue we had when we arrived. We had such a great time that we plan to return next year!

The astounding views were the first thing we noticed walking into the house. Loved the floor-to-ceiling windows showing off the stunning Oregon coast. The two decks were ample in size, there was lots of space for all three of us to spread out and have privacy when we wanted and we loved having our own bathrooms. The game room was a fun addition and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Only ding was one of the upstairs showers did not have hot water but we managed with the tub and the two other bathrooms.

We stayed for a week in early August with 12 people ranging in ages 3-70. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros: the two fridges were amazing, two coffee pots were handy, the view was beautiful, we loved the two living areas to spread out, the patio was wonderful, and the game room was awesome for the kids (four of them from 3-8 years old)
Cons: the listing made didn’t describe the hill that is involved when walking to the beach. Not really a big deal for kids and us parents, but a bit more challenging for some of the grandparents. They didn’t go to beach as much as we’d hoped due to the hill. Also the hot tub was so dirty and cloudy we couldn’t even use it.

We had an exceptional experience renting Whitecaps. Clean, large space with all the comforts of home. Great access to the beach as well as nearby attractions. We had 11 people in our group and everyone had a wonderful time!

This was our second stay at Roads End. Great House, love it, no faults in this house - it is absolutely beautiful! Great Views, so much room to spread out as a group. So much attention to detail with decorations and all in this house! Close to Shopping mall and Casino. We will stay here again in the future! Thank you for another great weekend!
