Quite and clean, enjoy staying out at Mt Bachelor Village.

Location was really nice and quiet. About 10 minutes from downtown which was perfect.

I stayed in Bend for two days. This was a great unit that made it easy to get back and forth from downtown. I was very comfy there overall. :)

Access to this unit was easy, however, what we experienced was very disappointing. Here goes: only two towels for two people for 4 days, 1 hotel size shampoo for two people for 4 days, no pool access card/key (I called the contact number and no one ever replied), no wine opener or glasses, no kleenex tissues, cheap toilet tissue, extremely small TV and very uncomfortable bed. Unit seemed to be a lockoff unit of a two bedroom condo and the owners certainly didn't prepare for occupancy. It was extremely outdated decor-wise. Would not stay there again. Beautiful setting.

Great setting. Property was a lockout unit of a two bedroom condo and was obviously setup to have access to the rest of the property. There was no pool access card/key, 1 hotel size shampoo and 2 towels for 2 people for 4 days??? No wine opener or wine glasses, no kleenex tissues, cheap toilet tissue. Property was outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was a lockbox on the railing and it was obvious that it is for sale. Would not return.

Our queen suite was just right-quiet, with niceties like the fridge, microwave & coffee maker-more than adequate for our needs. The doom was clean, the neighbors quiet & it would be fun to see again in the summer! For our ski trip it worked out very well.

It would have been nice to have extra linens. Only two bath towels were available. There were four extra pillows but only one extra pillow case. The pillows on the bed were flat or very lumpy and the mattress was very uncomfortable. There was a coffee pot but no mugs available. We had brought our own but some there would have been nice. It was clean and easy to check in and out but for the price with all the extra fees added I felt it could have been nicer.

I’ve stayed at this resort many times and unfortunately this was the most sparsely appointed accommodation to date. While the room has a coffee pot, it doesn’t have much else; no coffee cups, old hard bed, no cheery decor, and old carpet (with a distinct odor)…. Desperately needs updating

River Ridge 416B
The room was nice. Had just what we needed. The only problem we had is with the instructions that were given to us by Arrived. The instructions had us coming from north to south. We were traveling South to North, so the round abouts were a little confusing. Also on the Arrived information it said "the carport for 416 would be on the left side". There was no carport for 416B!

The accommodations were ok. However, the hair dryer didn't work and the desk space was taken over by the microwave, coffee maker, etc. leaving little to no room for anything else. The desk chair was also coming apart and needs to be either fixed or replaced.

Great quiet location
We were pleasantly surprised by how close we were to the Deschutes River. We enjoyed early morning walks around the river's well kept trails. The room was clean and adequately stocked

Well, it is a nice location. However, upon arrival I asked if I could check in a few hours early. I was told I could but would be charged an enormous fee to check in at 11:00 instead of 4:00. I asked if she could be a little more fair and she did reduce it to some degree. After I checked in I found a safety pin open on the carpet and was very happy that it didn’t stick me. Also I had purchased a few food items and was very disappointed that there was no microwave as stated on the amenities list. So I was unable to prepare or heat up my food. As I turned the bed down to go to sleep on my first night the sheets were so wrinkled that I thought perhaps they had not been changed. I don’t know if they were or not but since it was late at night by the time I went to bed I decided to go ahead and just sleep in them. I hope there was a better reason for them being so wrinkled...I promise you I am not exaggerating. Then to top of my stay...Sunday morning at 10:00 I was naked in the shower/bathroom when I turned off the water just in time to hear someone opening my door to the my room. I yelled and someone with a Hispanic accent replied (I am not sure what he said) and I shut the door. I was quite shaken up and called VRBO and reached the reservation people who said “it was just a mix up” “it was just the cleaning group” I explained that I travel alone and they should not assume no one is there I case, like I was, people could be in the bathroom/ shower. I was quite shaken by that experience. I was also very concerned that someone with a code could just access my room. There should be some sort of lock like a hotel has so that entry can not be made while someone is inside. I feel somewhat bad for not being able to provide a better response. But at the end of my call that I had made to report the entry to my room the lady said she was going to have me speak with another person and then disconnected me. I called back and then I was told someone would call but I have not heard back. Thank you for providing the space to let you know about my poor rental experience. I can’t tell you how disappointed I was spent a lot of money on the “cleaning fees” I am certain for that amount of money this place should not have had things on the floor wrinkles sheets no towels hanging in the bathroom etc. And, no return call from management.
