What an adorable neighborhood and home! The leaves on the trees were turning to fall colors and it was simply beautiful. The house was so clean and had everything I needed for my weekend getaway. When the time came that I had a question all of the information was provided and there for me! I really appreciate having someone just a phone call away to help.

I ended up not staying there first of all the reservation people said they couldn't find the reservation . They assured me that there was not reservation for this place . So I booked another place in Utah . Then the day I was supposed to go I was sick ! I took a covid test that morning and it was positive !!! I had a ear infection and head cold that flared up and my eardrum busted!!! So I am now trying to get my refund from them . Now I see that this place charged me too . Omg ! I am barley better and able to even respond to any thing .

My friend, dog and I stayed at this basement level guest suite. Super clean and comfortable. Utilized the ultra clean hot tub as well which was perfect for relaxing after a hike. Awesome, well stocked kitchenette that I made some great tacos and pancakes out of. Water pressure in shower is very bad though. Everything else was great!

I will start with how good and surprisingly nice the space is. Well decorated, thoughtful lay out and super cozy. Awesome kitchen and shower for the price! The one thing I will say about the space is the walls are a bit thin and you will hear the neighbor upstairs and they will hear you most likely. Also the second "bed" is not very comfortable so I see this space better for just one couple. As for the booking process - Be warned this is not an actual owner operated property but a management company called Vacasa. You will not have any actual contact with the person who owns the property and if you have any questions, big or small you will be directed to a phone number that is answered by someone who has no personal knowledge of the property beyond what is written in the description that you've already read. We had Covid protocol questions regarding the hot tub which is shared and no one actually answered our questions from Vacasa. The only time we were reached to, was when a representative from Vacasa asked us to wheel the trash cans on to the street for them. We asked if this was in our contract and they said it was not but just asking a favor to help them out even though they had a house cleaner coming that day. I would have felt ok with "helping out" if we actually had any true contact with any one. I fear this is the future of VRBO and Air B and B with management companies running the show and turning personal stay experiences into just money making ventures with little accountability. I wouldn't rent from a property linked to Vacasa again.
