Had an easy time staying here. Beds very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was as advertised. No complaints.

This cottage was ideally situated for our visit to the Charlotte area. Convenient location close to I85 made our trips to see family and friends very convenient. House was very well kept and all appliances, etc. were in good working order. Yard and porches looked great. BeingNovember we didn't get to take full advantage but the property was very nice and well kept.
Property manager was very responsive. A small issue came up during our stay, and was handled appropriately and timely by the owner.

This is a sweet little property, and was just right for spending several quiet days with my husband and mother while we visited the area. It's located in Gastonia's historic district - a quaint neighborhood of like homes not far from the town's growing downtown area, where we enjoyed several very good restaurants.
The house has been renovated with homey thoughtful touches and a soft color scheme that lends to a comfortable stay.
The owner makes it clear through several messages (before, during and at the end of the stay) that she's there to help with whatever her tenants need to make their stay just right. I travel quite a lot and use VRBO frequently - this place is lovely.

Visiting for family wedding. Great location and size of house. Nice that house had two full bathrooms to get ready. Party traveling was four adults (two couples). Great kitchen and living room was perfect size. The men didn’t miss the Saturday college football games. This house is a win win would stay again.

Very close to perfect!
Really very, very good. Just needs a couple of things to make it over the top. Certainly not enough to make it a place I do not want to return to when next in Gastonia! Great atmosphere in every way!

Great, clean place!
We stayed here while visiting some friends in Lincolnton. The house is right off the main drag, so driving was a cinch. Pretty quiet neighborhood, we worked and did school from it. We were two people and were very comfortable at the house.

Beautiful Home
Beautifully decorated, charming home in a nice neighborhood. Lots of space in a fenced back yard. We loved it all! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, using the locks was easy, it was a very nice place for my wife to hang out with the kids during the week while I was doing work nearby. The 3 smart tv's with a roku in guest mode were really convenient. Highly recommend.

Super clean cottage in historic district. Great towels and other linens. Kitchen well equipped to allow for cooking of meals !!!

Historic District Cottage
This was a cute and cozy old house in a Historic District. The house looks just like the pictures. It was extremely clean. It was the perfect location for our particular needs.

Only minor issue is that the house next door is under construction at the moment so there are loud workers there most days (including the weekends) and are on the roof and pretty much right next to the house. Good news is the construction probably only has one more month so it should be a non issue here soon.
Other than that the house is great for a short term stay and the owner is the most responsive one I have worked with on VRBO.

Cozy cottage
This property was our home for 10 days! We needed a place that allowed us to stretch out and be comfortable. The house was located in a nice area, well maintained and had all comforts of home. I would highly recommend and will book again if we are ever in the area again.
