We really enjoyed this unit. There was plenty of room for all of us. Master bath is huge. The view was beautiful and the building itself was great. Not crowded and we practically had the pool to ourselves! Since the building has a small number of units we also weren't crowded on the beach. We had everything in the kitchen we needed. Beds were very comfortable and our kids loved their bunk room. Warren Beach Rentals was good about communicating what we needed to take ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was stunning the moment we walked in. Everyone we met here were so nice and helpful. The beds were roomy and comfortable. The view is spectacular. Was very clean! We did notice when we went to use the bathtub with three kids the warm water faucet was broken and not working so we just avoided using the tub all together. In the oceanfront bedroom the toilet ring holder on the wall kept falling off so we used that lightly. A remote for the light and fan in the bunkroom was missing a battery so we set that aside and didnt use. Other than that everything was awesome! We would def return to this place! The kids absolutely loved the pool. As an adult with three kids, having lock codes for everything we felt very safe and secure. Thank you so much for a great stay! We will be back!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! It was everything we could have dreamed of. The amount of room was perfect for our large family. The views were incredible! We were within walking distance to our favorite Ice cream place and the go carts. The water pressure in this unit was the best ever. The kitchen was great for cooking, very big and nice and open! The beds were all very comfortable! Would definitely stay in this unit over and over. What we loved best was there was never a wait for the elevator and we basically had the whole floor to ourselves. If I could change one thing- there was no full length mirror. Would have been nice to have a full length mirror to help when getting ready in the evenings! This place was absolutely beautiful! Can’t wait to come back!

There was easy access to the pool and it was usually empty. The BEST Part was the gated assigned parking. You never had to worry about parking. This condo was very close to many restaurants, beach stores, mini golf that you could walk to. Other popular restaurants, grocery stores, and St Andrews State Park were short drives. The very crowded center of the beach (the pier area) was a short drive but we mostly stayed at our peaceful end of the beach. Can't speak highly enough of this property. It was spotless, great layout, great location, quiet, and the other residents were super friendly. Effortless check-in/check-out. Quick responses from the property manager. Overall a great vacation, and we can't wait to come back!

This was a great place to stay, the nightly sunset view was amazing, good location, just a few miles from the busy beach area. Beds were ok, the condo was beautifully decorated and quite spacious, (fit 2 families without an issue, 7 total). Couple things that could have been better, various lightbulbs were out, one lamp we were told was “decoration only” as it did not work at all. Maintenance was very quick to respond but we went and bought our own bulbs. One ceiling fan remote did not have an odd shaped battery so it never worked. One of the 4 patio chairs was broken. While none of these things were show stoppers, one thing that was especially disappointing to us, is that the VRBO ad said there was a grill on property, only to find there was not. Washer and dryer on were a huge plus but the washer did not spin clothing well, even tiny loads, often giving an error code for an off balance load. Hand-soaps left for us were watered down and a mix of different colors, doesn’t seem smart in the age we are in. All in all, we collectively said we would stay here again but might look for something else as well. It worked well for our late vacation stay.

The condo was clean, beautiful and big. Hands down the most beautiful place I have stayed yet. I loved the contactless entry. It is gated. 2 parking spots; one adjacent to the building (gated outside) and one covered, under the bldg. I texted management a few times about someone being in our parking spot and a few days in, they finally moved. The outside spots are easier for larger cars. Everything has a code, which is good for safety. Gosh the condo was the best part! Beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. Stunning views and just perfect! The previous reviews mentioned a cooler and chairs outside but there was not a cooler. Management brought a cooler very quickly. The chairs are a bit rusted and stained my clothes though. The guidelines in the condo mention swim bands and trash chutes. As far as I could see, we were to carry our trash, double bagged, across the street to a dumpster. That was a bummer upon check out because it was flooded to my shins today. The swim bands weren’t around either. The front door bedrooms had an issue with the fan and lights being connected. If one was off it turned the other on, vice versa. The doors to the condo are a bit tricky to close and I never got the sliders to lock - but talk about minor. Management was very responsive and I am thankful. It was quite hard to leave. Overall, this is the spot and you can’t go wrong with the beauty and comfort of this place.

The condo was IMMACULATE with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW!!! We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and even walked the beach in YES, February. The condo had top of line appliances and a GREAT master suite with lots of glass to see the ocean. Their was plenty of room for the 6 of us. As an AirBnB owner myself, I can truly say this condo is top of the line. We definitely hope to visit again in the future.

The property was exactly as listed. Very comfortable for a family of six. The front beach views and sunsets were spectacular with the spacious wrap around balcony. If you want to get away from all the radios and loudness, this place is definitely the perfect example of relaxing, watching the waves roll in, and listening to the ocean. Thanks for having us!

This property is just as advertised, gorgeous and luxurious. You have everything there that is needed for a great getaway. We had two adults and two children (3&7) and there was plenty of room for everyone!!

Condo was exactly how the pictures showed! Loved how it was open and spacious! Only thing is we wished the oven had two racks instead of one. LOL! Thank you for letting us book the condo! It was a great time!

Pros: Great beach location, not crowded at all, Great views, nice appliances, couch was comfortable Cons: Parking is extremely TIGHT, NO trash shoot, master bedroom and second bedroom dresser drawers very hard to open, cleaning that was done prior could have been a little better (especially cleaning up all the garbage in the couches), round corner couch not the most comfortable All and all, it was a great time and will definitely keep it in mind for the future.
