Our first visit here was great! We stayed here a few days before a cruise. Nice pool and hot tub, everything in and out of unit was as advertised. We had 5/7/12 year olds with us, they loved it. Close walk to beach, local shops and restaurants. We will be back.

Booked this for family visiting from Europe, they loved it. Very cute bungalow with plenty of space for 4. They also loved the spa and pool! Walk to beach and convenient to highways and grocery store!

My best friend and I needed a getaway and this place was perfect. A short drive to ocean reef beach for sunrise and great restaurants near by. However the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Blender and electric tea kettle was a bonus. Everything was very clean and the pool was beautiful. Will be back!

Comfy and convenient location
Loved staying here, the place was spacious and comfy and in a very convenient location for us, a short walk from the public park/beach. Property manager responded promptly and checkin/out process was very easy. Only negative is that bedrooms could use a curtain on top of blinds or a black out blinds as current blinds allow light in in the morning.

I think there’s about 8 rooms in the complex. People that rented there were kind and friendly. I have zero complaints or even criticism. For the combination of price, quality of property, and location, you cannot miss on this one!

Only downfalls to prepare for: kitchen supplies are very limited (few cooking utensils, no bakeware besides the broiler pan that came with the oven), the smoke alarms are very sensitive (went off almost every time we cooked, even the toaster set them off), and there wasn't a community stockpile of beach items available for renters to take like other properties typically have (kids stuff, chairs, etc.).

Super Clean and Really Easy
RIviera Beach was really nice. It appears to be freshly remodeled and was super clean and had everything that we needed as a family of four. We were there for only a couple of days and wish we could have stayed longer. It's in a very nice and clean neighborhood and is just minutes away from everything you could want or need. For the money saved not residing in the hotels nearby you can do alot with the cash saved. Thanks for having us and would definitely recommend others to stay and will definitely be back.
