Dealing with Chris, our property manager, made everything so easy. Very prompt on returning messages. Very kind and eager to help.

Our 1st Christmas in the mountains was simply amazing. The host (Chris) was simply a blessing to my family. You can call him or text and he’ll respond every time. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a clean and family friendly cabin.

The property was so clean! It had the right amount of space for our family of 9 and gave the kids plenty things to do to keep busy with the games, pool, and theater room which my toddlers loved to watch their movies on. It even had a Christmas tree and garland which we appreciated very much for the holiday spirit. Chris was very responsive and a great host. All the rules were simple and laid out prior to check-in and checkout. The only concern was the cabin was drafty and hard too keep the lower downstairs warm but with very cold temperatures that’s expected in the area so we worked with it. It’s on a high mountain road but we found the back road was less hilly and less turns and took you right out to Gatlinburg. We would book again!

I can’t say enough good things! The host was wonderful to work with. Extremely responsive! The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing. This was the best cabin I have ever stayed in. Absolutely no complaints!!!

We had a lovely time at this cabin. The owner responded promptly to all of my questions. It was a short distance away to shopping , attractions, etc. Most importantly, I was very grateful for her and her housekeeper’s honesty. She notified me of an item left behind. My grandson forgot something very precious to him. She is mailing it back to him as soon as she can. I definitely recommend this place

We stayed here with our whole family (7 adults adults and 3 kids). It was a perfect layout for us with two rooms being upstairs, one on the main floor, and one in the basement - gave us all a little of our own privacy. Loved that we all had our own balcony space to enjoy the sunrise. Pool room was very nice! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again!

We had an extended family vacation at this property and we’re very happy with our stay! The home is secluded in a private neighborhood but also very close to activities. We would stay again if we return to this area. Thank you!

Our visit to this cabin was great! It was exactly as pictured, beautiful and homey with gorgeous views. We even saw a group of wild turkeys meandering through our yard a couple of times. Beds were huge and the kids loved the giant bunk beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short visit. The kids loved the arcade games, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool room had a lock and a slide chain lock as well, which made us feel secure in regard to our little ones. The narrow road on the drive up the mountain was a little scary at night, but the destination was worth it. The property owner, Chris, was probably the most responsive host I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. He answered every question/concern immediately. We’d love to return to this cabin in the future!

Renting this cabin was very easy didn’t have no trouble .text me all the information I needed and if I had any questions I just text they got with me in minutes

The roads to the house were extra curvy. It did not seem like the cleaning person cleaned the whole house as the floors, kitchen island stools and the carpet and chairs in the movie room were very dirty when we arrived. Thankfully, there was a vacuum/mop left in one of the bedroom closets and we were able to clean the floors and carpet ourselves. The pool was also not cleaned before our arrival and the pool cleaner was not able to come out to clean the pool until 3 days in of our stay. We were also having some issues with cutting on a few of the TVs and Chris responded very quickly and was able to help us with a solution to fix them. Other than the issues with the cleanliness and the pool, our stay was okay and the house was as described.

The property was smaller than expected and it didn’t seem like the it was cleaned, stocked or maintained like it should have been. The main issues were that there was no coffee pot, for some reason the actual pot was missing. The property manager responded promptly and had a mini one shipped but of course there were no filters for those. The cabinet face was falling off under the sink. Missing the rationed toiled paper upstairs and I went through and cleaned when we got there. The floor definitely hadn’t been cleaned prior to us checking. Overall the home was beautiful but as many times as I’ve stayed down here it was a little pricey for what it was. Again the one owner was super responsive but I just like showing up to the homes we rent without the hassle of having to message them at all. After all I am on vacation.

We arrived after check in time from a long drive with a 21 month old to find a handy man blocking the entire drive and the front door wide open. The road to get to the cabin is narrow and steep so we were at a loss to figure out where to temporarily park while we assessed the situation, mind you my toddler was OVER being in his car seat at this point so it would have been nice to check in as expected. We found out the handy man was there to remodel a bathroom and were told we could not use the shower until 4 days into our stay. Luckily we came with less people than we originally thought so it wasn’t really an issue. The owner claimed they were supposed to have completed the project the day before our stay and seemed like he had no idea they were there. There is a Ring doorbell camera so I’m not sure how that’s possible. Large families: Please keep in mind the driveway only fits 2 vehicles parked at a slant, there is no road parking and the cabins are stacked close next to each other so if you have more than 2 vehicles I’m not even sure what you would do. The location is nice, in a “gated” community. Just ignore the cabin at the end of the road with a mountain of garbage outside of it. The clean was seemingly good except for a few things… the floors: My toddler had black feet the entire stay (he refused to wear socks) and us adults ruined any socks we wore. The outside furniture was extremely dusty and we had to clean any new chair that we sat on. The living room tv was really hard to work also, but maybe we weren’t that tech savvy. The media room did not have any special speakers and we never even used it. The pool was nice and as described. Everything to drive to was 15-25 minutes away so that wasn’t bad. It was nice to have the high chair but we could not find the cover and had to use a sheet as a barrier from the plastic seat. There were also 2 toddler gates and a box fan which were nice finds. The listing states it has a hair dryer, not one could be located. Overall the stay was nice but I’m not sure worth what we paid. Was expecting general kinks to work out but had more issues than anticipated.

We had a fabulous stay! It was tons of fun with the theater room, pool, hot tub and multicade machines. Beautiful setting in the mountains. Super clean upon arrival. Owner was really nice and responded to any of our questions within minutes. Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice property Had a very good time beautiful area even seen a bear climbing tree one morning only thing I think would have made it better was the balcony cleaned off and sprayed for bugs lots of spiders and cobwebs on all 3 decks

The cabin was beautiful and was exactly as the pictures looked. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. The only concern we had was the road to get to the cabin was very narrow and twisting that made travel somewhat difficult at times. Overall a great experience.

My family and I had a fantastic time on our vacation staying at Chris’s cabin. It is centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Froge which is great for visiting both areas. The cabin was clean, well equipped, and went above and beyond our expectations of comfort. The bedrooms were perfect with each having a king size bed and private bathroom. The indoor pool, hot tub, and theater room were a huge hit with our kids! We truly would have been content staying at the cabin without even venturing out to Dollywood and/or any other main attraction. Chris was readily available to communicate with and checked on us numerous times. We would absolutely recommend this cabin and/or any other rentals Chris has to offer! We will surely contact him with future plans to come back.

I have nothing negative to say and would recommend this house to anyone interested in staying in this area. We would hands down stay in this house again when we visit again.

The pool movie room and kitchen dining area made it a fun place to be to unwind and spend time with family. The cabin is very pretty. It accommodate well for sleeping. The pool and hot tub were definitely worth the hike of where the cabin is located. The drive into town back and forth was a little curvy and nauseating for the motion sickness prone person but the cabin made it worth it. My only complaints being the cabin floors were needing to be mopped heavily. And the bed comforters as well needed washed. Other than those things, we would stay again! The communication with Chris is stellar. He answered promptly and was very helpful. 100 percent- great place to stay!!!

We had a great time here as we started our 2 weeks trip on the road after graduation.. It was a great location along with being a wonderful house on that one day we was stuck in because of rain.. We will be returning back..

We had a few minor issues, for example our thermostat upstairs stopped working, turned out batteries were dead but Chris was always so responsive on giving us the code for the owners closet to get new batteries and get the issue fixed immediately. Our trip plans changed a few times as far as what day we were arriving and departing, and again Chris was so on top of it and so accommodating. The views from the cabin were amazing on all three balconies. The pool is a must for a group with kids, and the location of this location was nice weather you were looking for activities in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We will definitely back and will book with Chris again!
