3 families traveled to San Diego over winter break. The 12 of us fit comfortably, although I wish there were more beds. We did take advantage of the air mattress and it worked great on the second floor. I would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect for visiting the zoo and downtown SD. Thank you.

This house was perfect for a group of 10 of us for a bachelor party. Literally 15 minutes from anything in SD and had enough rooms and beds for everyone. Definitely recommend this spot!

A group of business colleagues rented this house for a team building weekend during a professional conference. The house was spacious, clean, beautiful, and perfect for our needs. The outdoor space was perfect for our small gathering and everyone remarked on how lovely it was. Would highly recommend!

We had 9 people and 3 generations staying at the house. There was enough space for everyone, and lots of great outdoor spaces so people could be hanging out in smaller groups when they wanted.
The location is perfect too — 20 minutes to the beach and less to the airport, lots of restaurants nearby, but in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

The property is located in an ideal location convenient to so many places - Old Town, SeaWorld, beaches, etc. Had a wonderful stay. Alerted the manager about several concerns. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay in San Diego. The house is located in a neighborhood central to most things you would want to do. It isn't extremely close to much but it is not far away either. The house has plenty of room inside and out for socializing and relaxing. However, there aren't enough beds to sleep as many people as the listing says it can fit (maybe if some are children) and the owner said he preferred people not sleep on the couches. We still managed with air mattresses and blankets. Overall a good stay.

Very spacious house and yard in an otherwise crowded neighborhood. We had everything we needed for our 4 night beach trip. The only thing that wasn't working was the bathtub plug. Was a little silly having to use a Ziploc to plug up the water for the kids.

We were in town to attend a wedding and really enjoyed this home. Great location and responsive host. Check-in was easy and the back yard was really enjoyable. A few of the chairs in the kitchen/common area could use some updating, but all in all it was a great space that accommodated our whole family.

We rented this home for my daughter's graduation from USD. It was so close and convenient. Very comfortable home with great outdoor patios and yard for the family to gather. Check in and out was very easy and host did a great job communicating and responding quickly to any questions. Highly recommend.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and had plenty of space for people to sleep. It is also in a great location, made it easy to get wherever we needed to go. Evan is a great host, he was consistently checking in to make sure everything was working out and to see if we needed anything. Overall great experience!!

House was large and plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. Neighborhood is residential, but isn't the nicest and I wouldn't want to be walking around it at night. Location is close to Fashion Valley and within 10 minutes of DT San Diego. Place was generally clean, beds were comfy and clean. Overall, furniture did feel a bit dated and the house wasn't super well stocked; for example, there wasn't even a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine. Water filter worked super well (SD isn't known for good water). Great view of the nightly fireworks from Sea World at 8 PM. Owner was extremely communicative and checked in multiple times to make sure things were good. All things said, this is a decent place and I'd stay here if you need a relatively fairly priced place located close to downtown San Diego / Fashion Valley / USD.

We were very pleased with the location of the property. It was close to just about everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Great communication overall with the owner. The house was big enough to accommodate our party of 12. We will definitely be back soon to this property if available.

This place was huge, beautiful and well kept. The outdoor space was just as nice as the interior. The kitchen had beautiful, new appliances and there was plenty of comfy furniture to enjoy. It was so close to Old Town & Little Italy with parking right out front. Will stay again!!

Perfect for our Group
We visited SD for a 40th birthday celebration and this house was perfect for our group. We had 3 couples and two singles so the room layouts really worked with our group. The house was clean and matched directly to the description. The communication before, during and after our stay was great. Evan was very quick to respond to me if I had any questions and he did a great job of explaining the house rules and providing all of the necessary information for our stay. The door code and instructions made getting into and out of the house very easy. We had a great time and would stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family of 11. Everything is within 15 min of the house. Neighborhood is quiet. All the rooms were spacious and accommodated our needs as advertised. I’d stay here again for sure.

Weekend Getaway
This house is awesome! There were 8 of us in our party and this house accommodated us perfectly! The rooms are spacious. The beds! The beds are so comfortable! My 70 yr old father who has had a problem sleeping for years, slept like a baby! We would definitely rent this house again. It is in a good,quiet neighborhood. The backyard is absolutely adorable with room to play! There's plenty of windows that allow natural light and the cool breeze in! Great house!
