Love 4005 One Blessed Nest. Property management top notch. Excellent communication and easy process start to finish. The elevator was a blessing as we were dealing with a wheelchair this trip. And the shower was equally accommodating. A rainy day in the mountains beats a sunny day at home. Thanks again.

This condo exceeded my expectations. We were in town for a Cheer competition and I wanted to be as close to the convention center as possible while still feeling like I was in the mountains. This condo checked all of the boxes. It is in a great location super close to the Island. There is typically a lot of traffic in this area so being close will save you a lot of time. Also very close to two good grocery stores. It was cheaper than staying in the hotel with way more space, a kitchen and two bathrooms. When we walked in, I was so happy to see that it was decorated for Christmas including a Tree! The balcony is beautiful and much bigger than I anticipated. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The TV in living room is a smart TV that you can sign into Netflix etc. I only have one very small complaint. When you leave you have to take your trash out but the dumpster is the whole way down at the entrance. I understand, that they would not be able to put a dumpster any higher up as the truck would have a hard time getting up there but when leaving you are forced to put garbage in your car to take it down there. It was minor but not ideal. I'm not sure I have a better solution to suggest and I'm sure that most rentals have a similar situation. I highly recommend this condo / company. Thank you we enjoyed our stay and I would return to this location again.

Exactly as described. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds (I didn't like the flat pillows but that's my opinion). Everything we needed in the kitchen. They did have a k cup coffee and a drip coffee maker (I thought only the kcup before we went) The balcony and view was our favorite part! Great communication. Location was perfect, less than 5 min to the pigeon forge strip.I would def stay here again.

Very nice place! There was even a beautiful Christmas Tree all lit up inside! Views were amazing from the balcony. Very clean and easy check in/out process.

This condo fit all of my familys needs. It was in a great location and the condo was very nice and clean. The beds where very comfortable and the views were spectacular. Was also nice that it had an indoor pool that we could let the kids swim off some energy. Didn't make it to the game room but they had a foosball table and a air hockey table as well. We would most definitely stay at this condo again for our next trip.

This is a wonderful rental-great location, clean, safe, comfortable furniture, and amazing views! Some road noise but not much. Other reviews mention a smell-we did not detect a smell. Communication with both the owners and management was great. We would highly recommend!

We were looking for a beautiful relaxing property that was a single floor since we were bringing my mother along. This was exactly what we were looking for. She commentes so many times that the condo was just so pretty. Thanks for providing a great place to stay!

This was a get away that my sister and I took our mom and dad on. They are getting older and they wanted to see the mountains. We absolutely loved our little home a au from home. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again if available on our next trip. Thanks!

Beautiful views, easy access to attractions and yet felt like you were in a rural location. Comfortable beds. Interior a little dark but cabin-y. Only issues were lack of towels (only 1 per bath) and there was a strong scent inside like a candle burning or scent plug in. Not pleasant. But, Overall, I would stay again!

Pictures are accurate. Place was clean but it and the property were a bit run down. Location is off very busy road. So not very quiet. Pretty view of mountains with lots of traffic noise and smell.
NOTE:
1. No public grill on the property.
2. Gym area had broken equipment (row machine) and NO Free weights. It had very poor and very little equipment.
3. Game room had missing items for Fooseball so you could not play.
4. You will hear the heavy traffic during the peak season
Management was attentive when we had some missing items or questions. They were very nice.

This was our third time renting from My Smoky Mountain rentals. This condo on the fourth floor was perfect! It was spacious and clean, and very well appointed with the mountain feel. These corner units are especially nice with the windows along the side that let in so much light, and the fantastic views from the wraparound balcony.I also think these units tend to be much quieter than the cabins that are surrounding it. We didn’t hear a peep from any of the other people in this building the whole 3 days we were there on a Memorial Day weekend.

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, look no further. This condo was amazing! They provided everything we would need for a quick little getaway. The condo was spotless. The property manager went above and beyond to help with a last-minute reservation and responded to any questions very quickly. This is a nice little resort area, very easy to get in and out of and just off the busy parkway but close enough to groceries and restaurants. We hope to stay here again!

Was very empress with the the condo and the view. Was very clean and spacious. Only 1 thing's I would suggest it to put some grab bars in bathrooms. Some of us can't get up as well as others when we are that close to the ground!
