When we got there, the place was clean and organized. Everything was exactly as they said. We got to have a wonderful weekend staying right by the beach.

Great location! Great property! We loved our first stay so much, we didn’t hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a perfect place to relax, Sunny Side is it.

We had a great time. You walk out and the beach is only steps away. They had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. My grandchildren loved it and wanted to stay longer. Created great memories for the time we were there. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

I enjoyed my son and his family of three boys for the first three days and my sister for the last three. We all had a great time. Well stocked kitchen (pots and pans, nice appliances, all we needed, except a peeler), great times on the deck, great views all of the time, and great fun in the water. We really enjoyed our stay!

This property is nice, clean and as advertised. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views. Can’t beat this location. The only issue we had is that the condo unit next door is undergoing construction that damaged our vehicle while it was parked in our unit’s breezeway parking (ground floor of our condo). Unfortunately, because these units are individually owned, we were told by our unit owners and vrbo that there is nothing they can do to help us fix our vehicle. They provided minimal assistance to connect us with the next door owners, who are unresponsive. Our unit’s management is now unresponsive to our communications as well. You would think our unit / vrbo cares more about their customers than hanging them out to dry.

The sunrise was beautiful from the back deck, the sunset beautiful from the front deck. The owner was VERY responsive when we had questions. We all needed a break from work and stress and Sunnyside gave us that.

We had previously only made day trips to Surfside, but I wanted a little weekend getaway and this place was perfect! I loved waking up to the sound of the water! The bunk bed setup was perfect for my daughters and we loved being able to have a home base at the beach. Property Manager was prompt with a minor issue in the bathroom. I would definitely rent again!

Outside of property needs some work. Not sure how clean bedding was. (Smelled and felt unclean). We bought laundry detergent with fabric softener with good smell and that made the bed great to sleep in. We washed the dishes because not so clean. It was a nice place on the beach.

The location was perfect for our family as it was right on the beach. We loved the easy access to and from the beach from the condo. The condo itself was well maintained, clean, and easily accommodated our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk beds as they were a great size (I think they were full over full size beds). Thank you for a wonderful time during our spring break vacation!

This property was not cleaned upon arrival. The floor had sand all over it and my children's feet were black on the bottom within minutes of walking barefoot on the hardwood floors, indicating these floors had not been cleaned in a VERY long time. The place had not been dusted in a very long time as there were layers of dust on all the tables and mantles. The toilets were not cleaned. The downstairs shower was full of sand. The upstairs shower/bath didn't work at all. I immediately contacted the property manager/owner and he requested his cleaning lady to come asap. She arrived within 20 minutes with a bottle of wine for us, which was great...except her idea of cleaning the floor was wiping one area where we pointed out sand with a clorox wipe. The bed sheets had a bug in them when we pulled them down so she threw them in the washer before she left and gave us "clean" sheets to use on the bed. Also, the mosquitos were insane. Nothing worked to keep them off of us. The standing water in the carport is a big issue and needs to be rectified. One positive, the property manager/owner was very flexible with our last minute change of plans. He was easy to work with...he just needs to fire the cleaning lady. Otherwise, this place would be great.

There appears to be a water leak and sewer leak in the parking area and condo.

I’ve seen this place many times on beach days always wanted to check them out was searching for a place to stay for a wedding and found this one and it was amazing loved it so beautiful right on the beach so pretty, comfy beds I highly recommend.

We have loved our stay at this property, beautiful decor, pretty new renovated house with few steps from beach. I would recommend bringing your water for drinking and cooking, as the apartment’ water smell and taste weird. I missed to have clean bedding sets and mop/sweep the floor. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends and definitely would like to be back. Thanks for the hospitality and clear instructions.

The condo was so cute with lots of space and everything you needed! The view from all 3 patios was so beautiful! It was right on the water so we didn't have to drive to beach and there was a spray station at the bottom of the condo to get all the sand off. It had TV's in every room so the kids could play their Xbox and we could watch movies in living room and our bedroom. It was wonderful. We will definitely be going back!

Pros: location, great balcony, decor, appliances, TVs in every room, good access to beach. Cons: water pressure, yellow water, warped light switch plates, AC units lacking in a couple rooms, additional fees.
