Dustin, the proprietor, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Location was great. View was amazing. Room and property were super clean.
One little blip was the A/C was awaiting repair and it was a bit too warm.

The room we stayed had a nice balcony with a great beach view; which we really enjoyed. It’s in great location and within walking distance to the beach.

The owner met us when we arrived. He spent time talking with us, giving great dinner advice and helping us feel welcome. The room had a view of the ocean and the walk to the beach was short. We can’t wait to visit again!
The only thing we didn’t like was leaving.

The host here was accommodating and friendly. He answered all our questions and supplied us with whatever we needed. Great location too.

The owner was so accommodating. We booked the wrong night and he was so gracious to let us stay. The room was perfect with great ocean views.

The location is across the street from the Ocean and the gorgeous Marsh is out your back window. The owner is very nice and helpful and the rooms are lovely and clean. You can't beat the price!!

Loc was nice , views were good, the owner was very helpful and informative to the surrounding area as what he recommended. Room was very clean, new carpet, and he moved us to a better room with better view. Will want to stay here again....

Dustin the property manager (owner?) made my husband I feel like we were his personal guests in the way he welcomed by walking us to our apartment, showing us points of interest in the immediate area and personally showing us the rooms features and amenities. The view from our balcony was a dream! It was better than expected!
