Clean and new, very friendly staff.
No noise isolation, could hear other guests through the night through the walls and ceiling

Full buffet breakfast was a nice touch. Plenty of choices.
Close to local beach, provincial campgrounds and nice drive to Sauble Beach.

The breakfast was very good. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly.
I think the hotels should have higher standards for sound proofing, so when you face of careless people (as we face unfortunately, they turned on tv 6 in the morning and even didn't turn it off when they left the room for breakfast 😳 ) it should not be annoying

it’s was expensive, considering I was only there for one night in January.
and lots of construction going on at the hotel that it should be a bit discounted considering I was woken up to it at 7 am when I went to bed at 1 am.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The check-in/check-out process was quick and smooth.
The hotel didn’t appear to be very busy, so it was nice and quiet.
The pool was nice and clean and kept at a good temperature.
We even washed our laundry on site for a low cost.
The beds were a little firm for my liking, but understandable.
A hot tub would be a perfect addition or even a bathtub in the rooms.
The surrounding business close so early.

Good breakfast, they had bacon, seems to be in short supply at previous trips at other hotels. The grandkids loved the pancake maker. They kept everything well stocked. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable event the pullout couch was good. Good value

Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. The TV got amazing channels on it. The staff even gave me extra earl gray tea because I mentioned that I love it.

it’s a nice and new hotel. The hotel has a good swimming pool and clean rooms.

location on Main Street close to restaurants and beaches
the beds and pillows are horrible. very uncomfortable. The air conditioner also makes a stupid sound of water boiling or something when it stops working which was very disruptive at night when trying to sleep
there was no gluten free options except for frozen blueberry muffins and Chex cereal. would be great to have had toast bread or items marked better like hash browns etc
