Over the kitchen island was very dark with the curtains closed, I would like to suggest to consider lighting that spot up and the upstairs loft light switch on fan doesn’t work.
The fridge does not cool things off well at all, we had to use the freezer partly to get the cold consistent we should have had. Also, the upstairs part were the 3 beds are was hot however the fan did do some justice. The TV in that area did not work at all!
I would like to suggest heaters in the bathrooms, esp the downstairs bathroom. We did visit during Christmas holiday and the temp was about 58-65 degrees so having a heater in the bathroom would have been ideal. We did enjoy our stay, was very spacious, loved the house. Thank you.

My daughter and I loved our recent stay here and would definitely book again. The third floor balcony overlooks the beautiful private beach and offers an unobstructed sunset view. We had breakfast outside every morning then walked down a few flights of stairs and directly onto the sand. This unit is older but all the important stuff is good. Two large bedrooms (one upstairs and one down) with full bathrooms, new fixtures and great plumbing, lots of hot water and plenty of towels (bring your own for the beach). The heat/AC works perfectly and fridge and stove are also good and work well. No problem with wireless and availability of Netflix, etc., we watched movies every night on the large screen. We had no issues or problems with anything. Great spot for a relaxing beach getaway.

The location was wonderful. Beach service top notch. The rooms were just as described. We loved everything about it. We did take others advice and bring a tan for the back room.

We've stayed at this unit in the past and it was always great until this last stay.
The properly is run down from the last time we stayed. Food was on the dishes as we got them out of the cabinets, bathroom was dirty, remotes and the lights to the ceiling vans didn't work. The hallways lights need updated as it was very dark, maintenance came out and tried to change the bulbs ,but it was still dark in the hall and kitchen area. There was party streamers and tape left everywhere. Just not as clean and cute as it once was. I asked for the property manager to contact me and i was ignored.

Condo was great. The only negative feedback I have is the dishwasher is junk. Spend $300 on a new one. Otherwise we loved our stay there

Location and proximity to other places. Thumbs down? Two hair dryers didnt work , check in wasnt ready to move in by 4 had to wait till 5 , cabinet doors fell off hinges, gate codes didnt work , bed upstairs seemed to be broken cause one side was lower than other it felt like i was going to roll off the bed , having to deal with third party rather than owners

We love being on the Crystal Beach end of Destin. This condo was exactly what we were looking for- location, size, directly on the beach, and a great price! The unit was clean and the complex was very quiet. Included beach service is always extremely helpful for our little family too!
If you are concerned about internet connection and updated decor, then you might want to look elsewhere- but if you are like us and just want somewhere clean to sleep at night then book this!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The beach was amazing. The condo was clean and very roomy. If you’re traveling with elderly, the stairs were hard but other than that we loved our stay and will definitely come back!!!

The condo was overall fantastic. Great view, beachfront did not disappoint. Unfortunately for us, there were double red flag warnings most of the week we were there. Fantastic location right in the beach!
It was a surprise when we drove up, we didn’t expect it to look like a older motel but inside was a hidden gem. We sat on the balcony every morning watching dolphins from the high deck chairs! So nice to have a complete kitchen as well. Will come back again

When ocean greets you early morning, there's such no great feeling for me. The view of the ocean in your living room is awesome. Hair blowers may not work, but it supersedes the space and location of this place. Will book again!

Just okay
The view itself was beautiful but the unit needs a little love. The bathrooms had mold in the showers and the baseboards were dirty as well. If your planning on going out to eat every night then you don't need to worry about the dirty oven or lack of pots and pans. As soon as you turn on the oven, it fills with smoke with all the old food at the bottom. They also had roach baits by the pots and pans, I feel like they could have put them somewhere else? We usually aren't one to complain but since this was a staycation for us it was pretty disappointing. We would have rather stayed at home.

Great place to stay !
This was such a nice spacious condo in such a great location!!! We spent the week there and literally only went out twice because it was so convenient at the beach and we enjoyed it so much we didn’t have the need to go anywhere!! We would definitely stay again!

Great stay. Check in easy, recieved door code, gate code early check in day. Beautiful beach view. Down stairs bed with foam topping very comfy. Upstairs beds not very comfy, foam toppings may help. Unit needs more lighting in living room and kitchen area. Owner quick to respond.
