Si lo q buscas despues de pasear por la ciudad es un alojamiento tranquilo y con posibilidad de preparar tu cena o desayuno, es perfecto.

Deberian cuidar el aislamiento de la caldera y de los pisos (los paseos de los huespedes del piso superior se oían demasiado)

The suite was very clean, it was dog-friendly, parking was free and immediately outside the building, and the hosts were very helpful. It is also only a short walk for access Bern's excellent tram and bus network.

For our particular needs, the suite was not really appropriate. It felt cramped and the kitchen area was very small. Nor was there any lounge space. It was also located in a residential area, surrounded by other apartment blocks. Because of the unusually high temperatures when we stayed, everyone had windows open so the noise and light from the surrounding buildings prevented a good night's sleep. I'm sure for other guests it might be better suited but for our dogs and us, it was the wrong sort of accommodation.

Clear instructions to check in. Apartment was well equipped. We were only staying for one night. Plenty of space with our daughter's sofa bed included in the room. Walking distance to a very good asian restaurant and bakery. Apartment was very clean.

Bedroom was quite hot, the air con unit did not really do much.

The property was amazing. The amenities were well though out and had everything we needed. The place was kept clean daily. 12 minute cycle to the Aare river, use publibike just down the street. Don’t forget your Aare bag! Claude was super helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Good quiet location with short(ish) walk or bus ride to central Bern. The apartment was very clean and modern.

I got a little bit the feeling that the owners were trying to maximise their revenue from this property. there was enough off-street parking at this apartment however they chose to charge us for it. snacks were on the table as were some drinks in the fridge but again, of course for a fee. No big deal but for the asking price I feel that the uncovered small parking spot could have been included in the price.

No sign at all said the snacks and drinks will be charged. Therefore our impression those items are included in the stay.

2 bedroom suite was exactly as pictured in the listing. Most basic creature comforts were all present.

The listing does not explicitly convey that these are service apartments converted into a hotel style accommodation that's in the middle of a highly residential part of the town, away from most basic amenities. It was also a 10 min walk from public transport stops - not a deal breaker but it was less fun to navigate on weekends when most things including breakfast cafes either open late or don't open at all. The location wasn't ideal for those with luggage and we had to navigate stairs in a narrow alleyway. Half way through our stay, we also found a note on the kitchen sink presumably left for us by the service staff telling us that the dishwasher is now broken and so can't be used any more - not a deal breaker for us but still unexpected as you would expect to eat some breakfast meals in given this remote location. The electronic key cards were of poor quality and we had to try several times to get in to the apartment complex at various points during our stay. Our travel companions had to wait 15 minutes during check in to be let in to their apartment which we felt wasn't fair to them - supposedly because the cleaners had locked the unit from inside, which is somewhat sloppy. Overall, I'd say our experience was just fair.

Perfect apartment with 2 rooms and dining. One bath room. Good location. You can reserve parking prior the stay. We had our parking taken by someone but the staff told found us an alternative solution minutes after a contacted them. Train and all public transport access with the stay. Remote check in. Very secure and safe place. I didn't see lifts in the building. Gladly I was staying in the ground floor which was easy to move the baggage. Two smart TV where you can watch YouTube. Good for the kids. Quite at night. Big master room.

Air conditioning was not as expected. It is the water cooling type not with split unit. We stayed during summer hot day and the machine can cool one room only. You can open the window as it is cool at night but we were at the ground floor so we were not sure about opening the windows at night. The kettle was dirty. It seems someone has prepared coffee in the kettle.

Easy self check-in, nice details like in a hotel, parking spots available and public transport with the stay.

Didn't find anything

Very convenient for the short tram ride to Bern station. Nice to be in a quiet location. The apartment was well equipped, clean and welcoming. We had to ring the host the evening of our arrival to sort out UK adaptors and he came straight over with what we needed - he was very friendly and helpful.

The sitting room/second bedroom had a sliding door to the main bedroom, so I had to go through my sister's room to get to the bathroom and kitchen - but we made it work.

Location was excellent and very easy to get to. The apartment was also nice, although we did not get the one in the picture, but that was fine. The communication was also very good and clear with the staff.

No underfloor heating, so walking in the apartment without shoes was too cold, especially in winter. However, it is understandable given the older build of the apartment block. Also, beddings we thought were a little on the dusty side, as we did sneeze a few times when using them.

+ parking in front of the building + many rooms in the apartment (2 bedrooms, separate kitchen), but the rooms are not spacious, rather cluttered with unnecessary decorations

- the heaters thermostats have lock on small values so in effect it was cold in the apartment (it was the end of November and 0-5 degrees outside)
