This property was absolutely perfect for our family. We have 9 people in our family. It was beautifully decorated, so clean, and inviting. Comfortable beds and cute rooms. Having 4 bathrooms was amazing also. We would love to come back in the summer months to use the large pool and all sun porch. We didn’t need to bring anything. They had clean linens, towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, soaps, hair dryers, dish washing supplies, and a wash/dryer plus detergent if needed. Erin, the owner was so pleasant to deal with and so accommodating. We would 100% recommend this home for vacationing and hope to come back soon!

Beautiful home but not up to our standards. Needed to be cleaned better and items like bed posts, need to be fixed. First observation are missed by the look of the front door and surrounding paint job.

House was bigger and even nicer than pictures show. Tons of space for 8-10 people to hang out on main floor. Pool is huge 20’x40’? and kept generously warm at 86. Erin the owner was outstanding to deal with. Very flexible allowing early check in and other accommodations. Great location, 5 blocks from the Main Street. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented the property for a week for a family vacation with kids and grandparents, it was perfect size for 8 people. Grandparents enjoyed the Master bedroom on the main level with no stairs to take, kids loved the pool, while kitchen and dining room was perfect size for a large family

Niagara on the Lake is the perfect town for families to enjoy. Aylesbury Manor, located just steps away from shops, restaurants and more, is a great home for families to get together. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, wide open main floor plan and a great pool will have you wanting to return. We've had the pleasure of staying at Aylesbury Manor several times - and the experience has always been 5 star!

The house was a perfect place for our family of 3 couples to stay. Each couple had a lovely room and their own bathroom. The great room was ideal for gathering and the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Finally the location was perfect as it was walking distance into the main strip. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we would rent again.

Part ONE: In review, the property is beautiful with a perfect location, however, the experience was absolutely horrible. Initially the hosts were professional and welcoming for check-in, however, the stay took an unfortunate turn in the first evening. According to the contract provided by the hosts there was no indication of security cameras, as it was listed under items “not included” on the property. Upon check-in we noticed that there was a ring doorbell camera at the front door. I appreciate the desire for a ring doorbell camera in these circumstances, however, I feel our privacy was extremely violated during our stay. We returned from dinner on night one of our stay and the host called me at 11:30 PM using an angry tone of voice inquiring if property was being damaged because of footage the hosts were viewing on the doorbell camera. At this point I inquired to the host regarding the camera where her response was “well we don’t have it on, we don’t watch our tenants.” I assured her there was no damage occurring, that we were simply returning from dinner and going to bed. The next day of our stay we were enjoying the beautiful location and pool area from approximately 9:30AM-1PM. We the left the house from approximately 3PM-7PM. We were adhering to the noise bylaw in Niagara-on-the-Lake which prohibits outdoor music, yelling, singing, hooting or whistling between the hours of 11:00PM-09:00AM on Saturdays and Sundays.

We stayed at Erin’s for a Bachelorette weekend getaway. It was the perfect location to everything in NOTL. The house was very clean, so spacious and had every amenity needed. We will be staying here again!

Lovely house and great floor plan for young ones to play in more than one room We enjoyed the visit very much. Very nice to have decorated Christmas tree set up for our enjoyment and use. Only a small suggestion to have rock salt and a snow shovel available for guests while staying at the house in the winter time.

This house was very comfortable, perfect for the four of us, as we each had our own bedroom/bath. All the amenities , and more. Location is ideal, walking distance to downtown. Would highly recommend. Lots of room, even for 4 couples!

We have rented several rentals around town but this is our new favorite! Beautifully decorated and very clean. The walk to Queen St was about 15-20 minutes, very pleasant.
