Was close to the place we need
Was party around the area and in other flat, all night. You could hear it.
Bed sheet weren’t clean.
I didn’t receive yet 150£ deposit.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. The one bed studio apartment is so huge! It’s a condo on two floors, kitchen and living area on the ground and a bedroom on the top floor. Nice spacious kitchen with everything that you may need. The bed was very comfortable and the bath was pretty decent too.
The property is very eco friendly using ground water heating and conserving energy through proper insulation.
The check in process seems too complicated with multiple access codes and ID requirements.

Property is comfortable and modern and was close to where we needed to be
Everything looked really nice and clean except the carpet and sofa could do with either a deep clean or replacing and the communal entrance and lift needs some attention. We found first night difficult to sleep with heat so maybe air con would be a possibility other than that it’s a really nice place to stay.

Having taken well over 1 hour to gain access I was relieved to find the apartment was lovely. No facilities for breakfast but
there is a small shopping park nearby to obtain supplies, as my enquiries about that were unanswered.
Location is difficult to find from the main road. Unable to contact anyone on the 24 hr line, had to rely on goodwill of
local shopkeepers who knew the owner and made telephone calls on my behalf. Without their help I would have given up the ghost ! Met with another guest having same problem. Believe other guests have had problems in gaining access leading them to think this was a scam. Information for access is not clear at all and position re refund of any deposit following stay unclear as my enquiries were unanswered. The replies I received from email contact were brief and sterile and lacking realisation of my difficulties. Not exactly customer focused to say the least.

The modern set out of the two roomed flat was nice. Upstairs bedroom and bathroom, downstairs loungroom and kitchen , extra toilet. The bathroom was nice. The kitchen was nice with fridge, toaster, microwave.
The sheets, towels very clean.
Upstairs and downstairs TV was good.
Lack of cooking equipment.
Big frying pan with lid needed. Baking tray needed. Cooking utensils needed. T’towel needed.
Stained lounge and carpet.
A fan needed, the upstairs room was extremely too hot to sleep in.

bed bugs in the bed we’ve complained still not received anymore information on a refund and still not received our £150 deposit a week on from our stay! we have pictures and videos of the problem and nothing has been done about it

Had a lot of plates cutlery glasses was quite clean had a dishwasher, nice spare area
Was noisy outside as it’s on a main road, was very warm inside window only opened a bit in the kitchen, wifi didn’t work and also waited a week and still waiting to get my deposit refund money back.

shower was on hot boiling . couldn’t get cold water I tried many times but shower was Brocken but for the money I can’t complain very nice and affordable felt like home
