位置鄰近捷運和士林夜市，步行約五分鐘，很便利。附近都有機車停車格和付費停車場。房間的床很舒適。電視頻道很多。遙控器可以控制燈的開關。隔音好。淋浴的水注很舒服。有浴缸。設備好。雖然是住士林館，但可以使用劍潭館的健身房和游泳池。

員工態度不友善。素質訓練有待加強。看起來都是工讀生、沒有專業性。可能正逢中秋節客人很多，櫃臺五六個人但看起來手忙腳亂。明明有人在旁邊一直算錢，卻讓客人排隊等。而且如果是依照Booking.com圖片，我訂的是山景房的價格兩晚，但最後卻是住到比較便宜的園景房。

Very convenient location and nice new building.

Breakfast was not good.

The big balcony with a massage bathtub in our room was nice. The view from the bedroom window was wonderful because of green, though we stayed in the city, in where a lot of high rising buildings. The Taxi call Service was convenient. The lobby was nice for meeting friends. The pool gave us a relaxed atmosphere.

The breakfast was a little bit boring.

the one we booked on line was too small and so we upgrade it to a larger room to accommodate a couple to stay for a week.

breakfast kind of boring; front desk staff attitude varies from one to another. couple are friendly but couple seem to have a nose on their forehead!

firstly the staff is very helpful and the facilities are very good. The hotel is very clean as well.

We were a bit surprised that the hotel didn’t provide dressing gown, also it’s a bit pricey overall.

MRT stop right outside the hotel and there’s a 7e at the MRT entrance. Also within walking distance to shilin night market. Bed is so comfortable and sound proof is good even tho it’s so near the MRT.

Breakfast is sad, with limited options. Staff not friendly, not speaking normal English. Wallpaper in the room torn down. internet bad!

Location was amazing, it’s right across the MRT station. Very close to the night market. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was awesome. The charging plugs are universal, don’t even need to worry about buying a adapter in advance.

The space of the room is a lot smaller than the photo showed on Booking.com. Not much space for luggage. We booked a room for 2 people, it’s kinda hard to use the table to have some food together as there is only one chair with an obvious stain in the room. And it probably doesn’t even have the space to fit another chair. Need to go to the first floor to use a shared microwave. There is no separate switch for the fan and the light in the bathroom. Fan is pretty loud when you just want to go to the toilet in midnight. Cost extra to get laundry done. Underwear and socks are free to be washed, but has limited amount.

location is near to shilin night market and jiantan station

they have a big balcony with a playpen for kids but it’s very dirty. seems like they don’t clean the playpen. room is very clean though. bathrooms don’t have any clothes hook, don’t know where to hang our clothes and bath towels to dry

Location is great. Breakfast is pretty decent. Cleanliness of room. Great bed.

The front off staff. Perhaps can be more welcoming and smile. My room was promised a nice view with a corner room. What I got was level 2, overlooking someone apartment across the building. AVOID paying premium for expensive rooms! Also day of check out, at 1045am, received a call from front desk, to remind me to “get out” by 11am. Quite amazing!

Nice bath tub. Free Tesla charging in the carport and staff allowed me to leave my car after checkout for a few hours while I had lunch with my friends. About 25m away is an MRT with a 7-11.

Room was full of smoke smell despite being non-smoking! Breakfast was quite poor but that might be due to covid. Note after you finish the bottled water in the room, the front desk wont replace them, instead asking you to fill up at the cooler in the lobby. It would be better if they had a sign to mention this before i crushed all the PET bottles. When the MRT is closed at night, closest convenience store is a little far for Taiwan standards.

cosy space and good vibe . they even provide adv tech toilet bowl which very useful during cold weather.
