My family and I had one of the most memorable Thanksgiving Holidays and this home is a big part of why. As we stepped inside the house, it felt so inviting, cozy and warm. The home itself was bright and cheery and we loved how it was an open space to all gather around in. The rooms were extra spacious and the home has been so well kept. But the cherry on top was definitely the outdoor space. We are from Fl, so to be able to enjoy being outside and have sufficient space for a family of 14 was very unique. The views of the lake was exquisite. We are hoping to enjoy this home again in the future during the summer time. Thank you for always responding to my questions so promptly. We are grateful to you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We stayed for 5 nights with our family and a couple of friends and their families as well. The property was beautiful and definitely one to remember. We’ve been traveling up to north Georgia/Tennessee every year and have stayed in quite a few ver nice cabins over the years but this one was definitely up at the top. Would love to come back in the summer and fully be able to enjoy the pool area as it was a bit chilly but still had a couple nice days to swim and used the hot tub every night. One of my favorite features was the Sonos sound system throughout the entire property that you could control from your phone. If you love music you will see what I mean. Lorrie was very accommodating and whenever I had a question or concern it was taken care of right away. Will be checking into the other properties on The Kristy Collection to see where else we’d like to stay. Overall was a wonderful trip, made some great memories with the kiddos and would recommend 100%

This house was phenomenal. From the amount of space for our guests, a play area for our kids, and an equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. It was better than I could have imagined, definitely coming back!

The property is even more spectacular in person! Loved the layout and all the amenities that came along with the house!!! Also very private!! This property is in a great location it was perfect for our family just 12 mins from downtown Blue. The kids enjoyed sleeping all together in the kids room. Beautiful view and relaxing.

We threw a 75th surprise BDAY for my mom who was over the moon !! We all ( 12 of us) loved everything about the house!! Each age group had their own hang out

My family and I travel 3-6 times a year. We usually do a VRBO for 2 of those trips. Our end of summer trip is usually with 2 other families and we picked this beautiful home in the blue ridge mountains for our 5 day trip
The home has to be in one of the heat spots on the lake. Breathtaking sunsets. From the backyard I’ll never forget.
The home has everything you need and the items in the home are high quality. Front gate outdoor furniture. Custom tables. High quality kitchen utensils and equipment
This home was One of our favorite vrbo’s. We don’t normally do the same trip twice but this home and the location have me rethinking our never go to the same place twice rule
My only gripe was the bed in the 3rd master (the basement one with no windows) we drew the short straw and got the least desirable room which was ok with us we weren’t spending time in a room. But the bed and or pillows need an upgrade or a fix. I felt like I was sleeping in a slant

We chose this gorgeous property as the destination for our immediate family to gather to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely wonderful! The house is stunning and spacious, yet comfortable; and the pool, hot tub, and lake views were amazing! The kids also enjoyed the arcade games and the paddle board and canoes provided. The trampoline was also a favorite for our gymnast grandkids. We appreciated all the information we received prior to arrival. We rented a pontoon boat and arranged for a private chef for dinner one night, We could not have asked for a nicer venue!

We had a wonderful visit to this beautiful lakefront property. The pool and outdoor areas are even more beautiful than the pictures show, with so many different seating areas. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone! We would definitely rent this house again and I would just suggestion reviewing the bedroom configuration carefully to make sure it will work for your group - ideal for families with older kids!
