The condo was very large and fit our family of four perfectly. Our sons are 19 and 24 and they had their own room with their own beds, which was perfect. The balcony overlooked the public parking with the Gulf right behind it. You could hear the waves crashing and see dolphins from the balcony. Great location with a few restaurants and bars close by. We will definitely stay here again!

We really liked this place! Well stocked and the sleeping arrangements were terrific. Comfortable beds. Clean. Nice view of the ocean and in an excellent location. Highly recommend

The unit was upgraded nicely. Although it is older overall it’s very nice. Plenty of everything you need in the unit and within walking distance.

Great vacation Getaway
We had a great time staying in this condo. It was clean and beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We loved the short (safe) walks across the street to the beach for sunsets. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Very clean condo with re- done kitchen and master bath. Property management was excellent in communicating with us .

Very nice condo right across the street from Madeira Beach. Very clean. Convenient to eating, shopping. Nicely appointed kitchen. Only negative might be crossing a very busy street to get to the beach.

Fantastic
Spectacular ocean views! Centrally located to many attractions like John's Pass, Clearwater Beach, St.Pete. Lots of great local dining choices with family friendly activities within walking distance. Lots of space to relax. Walk right across the street to the beach, enjoy the pool on site, or sit out on the deck to enjoy the ocean breezes. An awesome stay!

A pleasant surprise
We booked this on a whim without knowing much about the area. What a pleasant surprise once we arrived. The top floor corner unit across the street from the public beach parking gave us a great view of the water without having to pay the ridiculous prices for a beachfront condo. We were also happy to find that we were a short 5 minute drive form and couple supermarkets. We were able to do a little shopping and cook meals throughout the week. The kids loved being able to alternate between spending time at the pool and the beach. The traffic noise was the only thing that we could mark as a negative but we were able to block it out most of the time and it even became a running joke that led to a lot of family laughter. This was a great option for a relaxing family getaway and we would highly recommend it.

This was my family's 4th yr staying in this unit We return for the beautiful gulf views This unit has easy access to a supermarket, pharmacy & dollar store There are many fine restaurants within a 15 min walk Johns Pass with its restaurants & shopping is a 30 min walk For transportation we used the Free Beach Ride, Bus #68, the Suncoast Trolley & Lyft Family discovered 2 new activities A son & grandson went fishing Granddaughters found karaoke at CJ's on Treasure Island We plan to return in 2022

Condo as advertised., two big rooms, 2 bathrooms. The highlight is truly the balcony overlooking the ocean and sunset and the proximity to the beach. Condo well furnished and equipped. We enjoyed our stay

The property was clean and neat. The beach was just across the street with a cross walk. The beach was in full view from the living room and bed room. The kitchen was well stocked. Grocery store and Resturaunt’s very close.

Weekend stay st Madeira
This unit is wonderful. Right across the street from the beach with a clear view of the ocean, 10 to 15 minutes away from golf courses restaurants and entertainment. We will be back! Nive and clean and the management company is easy to work with!

Fantastic Winter Get Away Spot!
We stayed at La Coquina 306 over the 2021 New Year's Holiday. The condo was extremely spacious (even more-so than the pictures indicated), so we were pleasantly surprised! The bedrooms were also very spacious and easily fit our group and all of our stuff. The real winner is the large balcony with an unobstructed view of the Gulf! Each morning we were able to enjoy our cup of coffee while looking out over the sparkling water. It was just a short walk to the beach (the Public Beach access is right across the street) and there were several shops and dining options within walking distance for us to grab takeout to bring back to the condo for dinner. The street outside can be a bit loud at times, but calmed down overnight, so sleeping was not an issue. The beds were comfortable and clean! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Location
The size of the unit is amazing. Lots of room. Bathrooms & Kitchen clean. Rolled up rug under coffee table to sit aside. The corners are curled and was a trip hazard.

Beautiful Views
This condo has an updated kitchen and luxurious master bathroom. The balcony is HUGE and is directly across from a town beach parking lot with a great view of the gulf - some mornings we even saw dolphins swimming while drinking our coffee. The place felt very spacious and great for hanging out. The decor is tastefully done and creates a beachy and calm feeling. An easy walk to the beach where you can rent chairs and a cabana tent. A short walk to the tiki hut snack shack for drinks and food. The pool is clean and nice and the tiki umbrella tables provide nice shade. Dinner on the balcony is just perfect with the gorgeous sunset over the gulf!
