Everything. Property is in excellent condition and the location is perfect.

From the moment we walked in the door , we felt at home. The apartment was exceptionally bright and clean with all the necessities. A fully equipped kitchen , very comfortable bed , bathtub with shower and wifi. The smart TV with access to movies in English was a bonus for the children. We can highly recommend this property and look toward to our next stay.
There is no lift to the third floor. Though this is very common for Europe and not surprising , I was travelling alone with 2 young children so it was a challenge to get all our belongings upstairs on my own. I enlisted a family relative to help on departure which made it much easier. This alone would not deter us from staying here again.

Property is extremely new and in excellent condition. It is well located in the town and is walking distance to most of the local restaurants and bars.
Parking is limited and bit cramped. However this is to be expected in a small German town.

very lovely place
Although the place was very clean and nice, i could tell it wasn’t used because no one rinsed out the tub and it had a lot of dead bugs in there.

Cute comfortable TLA. Dog friendly. Great place and location. Also had a washer/dryer which was nice

Short walk to lots of great food and coffee in downtown Landstuhl.

Location was great, easy to walk to restaurants and shopping....we absolutely loved our stay. It was very comfortable and extremely clean. I recommend this for anyone. Very friendly owners and easy to communicate with.
Nothing. It is on the 3rd floor but definitely worth the stairs
